Avoid ordering online
Do not use this company for online orders. I used express delivery service. Delivery failed to be delivered on time and I had to pay shipping fees. Despite assurances from ‘customer services’ that these would be refunded, after several phone calls and emails, this refund has not been forthcoming. I am also trying to arrange return of some of the items. The courier they use has failed to communicate. All in all, avoid ordering on line
Sharp practise with discount code
I was just about to place an order online for a fur hat when I noticed a 10% discount if I signed up to emails . So I did so and got a discount code . I was then told it wasn’t applicable when I attempted to apply it . I am stuck with the subscription to e mails though This sharp practise put me on notice, so I went to Trust Pilot to check out this company and am now seeing all these horrendous reviews . Needless to say I won’t be buying the hat . Wake up & Other Stories - if you ever bother to read these reviews that is - your business practices are rubbish and you are loosing customers
Avoid online purchases
Placed and order, which took forever to be dispatched, eventually it arrived but both items didn’t fit, therefore I returned them the same day and have been charged a return fee. I wasn’t aware there were fees for returning. I’ve unsubscribed from newsletters, I won’t ever buy online from them again, much easier to buy from ASOS with next day delivery and free returns.
Great brand
Great brand, love the fact I see real Rockstar wearing the items and when I have a question it's answered quick.
Waited a week for my items but we live in an age of instant gratification.. relax people! Your items are coming
Stop selling online
Denk niet dat ze hun voorraad onder controle hebben. Dit is de 2de x dat ik iets bestel en ofwel krijg ik de melding dat het artikel niet meer op stock is terwijl ik al betaald heb of ze sturen gewoon de verkeerde maat op en als je dan gaat kijken is jouw maat niet meer op voorraad. Get your online shit together @otherstories or else stop online selling!!

Order not delivered or even an explanation given. Eventually a refund was given but with a returns fee, to confirm I never received the order. Appalling.
Terrible Customer Service – Avoid!
I placed an order that never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful, scripted responses that did nothing to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to request a refund, I was repeatedly told to ‘wait a little longer’ for a package that clearly wasn’t going to arrive! When I insisted on a resolution, the call was abruptly ended. Customer service is outsourced and completely ineffective, they rely on scripted responses and offer no real solutions. It’s impossible to speak to someone from & Other Stories directly, making the process even more frustrating. This has been a terrible experience, and I won’t be shopping here again.

This is the worst company ever avoid at all cost. I approve are they pretty clothes, but at this point they lost my items 3 times, don’t send me surveys after the calls when I ask them to, etc.
I honestly will never purchase with them again.
Overholder ikke leveringstid eller refunderer pengene
Problemer med at overholde såvel leveringstid som tilbagebetaling af penge.
Bestilte en pakke 1 uge før den skulle gives væk i gave da leveringen lød på 3-5 dage. Alligevel nåede pakken ikke frem til fødselsdagen. Jeg returnerede den derfor da den endelig kom. Kan se pakken blev modtaget 5 februar men har endnu ikke modtaget penge retur endnu den 24 februar.
Falscher Artikel
Ich habe einen falschen Artikel erhalten, der außerdem mit kleinen Post-It Stickern übersäht war.
Auf Nachfrage nach den Stickern hieß es, das wäre eine Rückgabe die so an mich weitergeschickt wurde. Das würde bedeuten, dass es keine Prüfungen / Reinigungen zwischen verschiedenen Verkäufen eines Artikels gibt.
Extremely frustrating service
Extremely frustrating service. Unsure how they can call themselves “customer service” as they were completely useless. Having possibly left my bank card at the till point in one of their stores l contacted their CS as unable to directly phone the store. Firstly the line was so poor that l had great difficulty hearing and had to constantly ask them to repeat what they were asking me. After being put on hold l was told that the store had not answered the phone and suggested l try again. Second time of calling, exactly the same response. Third time of calling at their suggested time, same again. Truly Groundhog Day! They then said l needed to visit the store and To add insult to injury was asked “can l help you with anything else today”. Seriously???
BAD BAD BAD. This has totally soured my opinion of &other stores and l will not be rushing to give them my custom again.

I was staying in an Airbnb & using a local shop to collect all my online shopping.🛍️
I had to leave early & couldn’t pick up packages worth over £400. The team sorted out the return & refunds quickly & responded to all my emails within 48 hours,

The customer service is ridiculously poor . They want to charge me £245 for a coat but treat so poorly. I signed up to their mailing list to get an email for them giving me a 10% code which I then couldn’t use as it wouldn’t work. Emails went back and forth via their customer service and they wouldn’t address the issue . Then bought the coat via H&M instead and the quality was insanely poor it’s deffo not 100% wool guys ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY A COAT WHICH LOOKS LIKE A BATH ROBE!
Disappointing Experience
I ordered a trench coat and sweater from these folks on 9 January 2025. Package was going through DHL & on to USPS for delivery to Virginia. Toward the end of January, I still hadn't gotten anything, so I checked the tracking for both DHL & USPS. The package was in NJ with DHL and USPS in Avendel NJ was supposedly waiting for the hand-off. By 2 Feb, I contacted customer service. The woman was nice and refunded my money, but it was a disappointing experience. Not sure I'll try them again (especially after reading all the bad reviews here; seems like I dodged a bullet).

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a dress and tried to do the online returns. The portal kept coming up with an error so I emailed them. It took TWO months of emails back and forth for them to finally send me the returns slip and then I still had to pay for the return postage did. Though I requested not to given how much of an ordeal it was. Will never be buying from them again.

Very frustrating, delivery hasn’t arrived they won’t refund for another week and they had no solutions, very little help and now without order! Like banging my head up a wall!!!!

Ordered on 25 January 2025, 2 items on their website: a clothing and a jewelry.
Delivered Wednesday 29 January 2025. Picked up the "too small" package in the evening, not possible the clothing was in it, but "too big" for the jewelry. I was right. It was only the jewelry in a "too big" package.
I'm shocked because I didn't get any email saying that they couldn't deliver what I ordered. So they do not have at all any customer service !
In the evening I wrote an email, but on Thursday 30 January 2025 at 8h37, I called their customer service.
Had this rude man on the phone who found it nearly normal that they do not inform clients when they are not able to deliver the requested items, because there is a discrepancy between the reality and what's shown on their website which is not updated in time! He found I was "too long" in my explanation and "couldn't change anything" and "had no time to continue the phone conversation". And he hung up.
And till now, they still didn't answer my email.
This was my first, and will be my last time I buy from their website !
