Ich kann die ganzen negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice nicht bestätigen. Ich habe 2 Shirts bestellt, irrtümlicherweise gedacht, sie wären noch im sale, leider an dem Tag nicht mehr im sale gewesen. Kundenservice hat mir freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Am Preis konnten sie dann nichts machen. Als die Shirts kamen, war ich etwas verwundert, dass sie laut Preisschild mit 22 Euro ausgezeichnet waren (soviel hätten sie im sale gekostet), mir aber 32 Euro (online angegebener ursprünglicher Preis) berechnet wurden. Habe mich dann abermals an den Kundenservice gewendet, mit Fotos der Preisschilder. Kurz darauf Antwort und Anpassung des Preises. Alles in allem keine schlechte Erfahrung, wobei mich der Preisunterschied online und im Geschäft doch etwas gewundert hat.

Dreadful. Ordered a dress, paid £4 for home delivery, instead of delivering to my home they sent it to an inpost locker 100 miles away from my home.
Say I need to wait for a refund, can’t say how long.
This is probably against some kind of consumer law. Will dispute this.

Ik bestel hier best vaak en ik heb nooit problemen gehad met niks. Klantenservice is altijd goed bereikbaar en stuurt zelfs een kortingscode wanneer een pakket niet binnen 2 dagen verstuurd wordt door beschikbaarheid. Ik vind other stories juist een aanrader.

Parcel was 'refused' by In-Post because the parcel was damaged. They told me it'll be 14 days before I get a refund. Said I could re-order the items but they are all sold out as they were in the sale. Offered me 20% off but the sale is 20% off anyway so it's pointless. Customer service chat was good but no email address to file a complaint.

Shocking service. Impossible to use a gift card in store due to lack of sizing options and no way of using online or getting a refund. They have no escalation or complaints process- I would avoid this company! For the price, there should be better support.

’m from Croatia, where & Other Stories unfortunately has no physical stores, so I rely entirely on their online service. I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too small and initiated a return over four weeks ago. Since then, the parcel has still not been picked up.

I have contacted customer service four times and sent multiple emails. Each time, I was asked for the same information (order number, return reference, address) and was promised that the issue would be escalated with Overseas, the courier responsible for the pickup. Yet nothing has happened.

To make things worse, I even ordered the shoes in a larger size in the meantime – which also didn’t fit – and now I’m stuck with two pairs that I need to return, with zero support from the brand.

I have been patient and understanding, but this is simply unacceptable. A full month has passed, and & Other Stories has still not managed to arrange a basic return collection. For a brand positioned as premium, this level of service is beyond disappointing. I am honestly exhausted and out of options.

If you're ordering from a country without physical stores, be very cautious – the return process might turn into a long, unresolved nightmare.

I ordered a top more than 2 weeks ago. No sign of delivery. Contacted customer service but they said they can’t find my order in their system. I can definitely see my order details in my Other Stories account. They didn’t resolve it, just kept saying they can’t find my order. Waste of time and money. Never order from them again!

Placed two orders on 30 June - website states delivery within 3-5 days - one delivery was received within the time frame but no trace of the second and it has been two weeks - I had to return a couple of items and I fear the refund may take a very long time and/or hassle ... I like the clothes but the service is not reliable enough as there is no way of knowing when the parcel will appear either via tracking or through customer service

Ich habe im Januar 2025 mein Kundenkonto gelöscht, da ich bei der letzten Rücksendung nur Probleme hatte und ich darauf beschlossen habe, dass ich hier nicht mehr bestellen werde.
Allerdings musste ich danach leider feststellen, dass bereits bestellte Artikel zu reklamieren sind. Ich habe mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen, der mir darauf mitteilte, die Artikel zurückzuschicken. Dies habe ich dann gemacht. Nachdem ich über 3 Wochen keinerlei Info erhalten habe, habe ich erneut mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen. Dieser benötigte alle Unterlagen sowie den Einlieferungsbeleg. Ich habe alle Unterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt. Nun wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund der Kontenlöschung keine Gutschrift/Erstattung möglich ist, ach ja, die 3 Artikel im Wert von 320 € wurde auch behalten!!

Ich habe bislang regelmäßig bei & other stories bestellt. Rücksendungen wurden leider wiederholt nicht vollständig bearbeitet. Für mich als Kundin bedeutet dies einen erheblichen Mehraufwand, da immer wieder Reklamationen beim Kundenservice erfolgen mussten. Rücksendungen wurden von mir stets korrekt und vollständig durchgeführt. Die Artikel zudem sorgfältig verpackt.
Mir wurde nun mitgeteilt, dass künftig keine Korrekturen bei fehlenden Artikeln aus Retouren mehr vorgenommen werden können. Kunden werden demnach für das mangelhafte Rücksendesystems des Onlineshops bestraft und bleiben schlimmstenfalls auf den Kosten sitzen.

Ich werde aus diesem Grund zukünftig davon absehen bei diesem Onlineshop zu bestellen!

I haven't received my order and the delivery address was automatically changed to a shop collection point I didnt want. I went there but they say I need a barcode to collect. I checked my emails and it said Other Stories haven't shipped and are working to ship! If I'd known how bad this company was I wouldn't have used them. Soooo disappointing! Am I going to get this item? Who knows. I'lI leave a few more days and if nothing, the bank should be able to refund i hope.

Nu 2x hier besteld en alles was prima. Snelle bezorging en alles past goed. Mooie kleding!

Elendig webshop. En uge om at afsende en lille ordre. Svarer ikke på hverken telefoniske eller skriftlige henvendelser.
Ok varer,men kræver meget tålmodighed.

Absolutely terrible, ordered 2 dresses 10 days ago, called customer service (not based in the UK) to ask for delivery update, told that they don’t deal with the “courier” that I have to call them, asked for refund and was told that I would have to wait 30 days before refund. I will NEVER buy from them again.
My advice… DONT BUY FROM THEM

Order a bag ,received a cheap different bag!!! Seems a fraud this shop!!!

It’s been 3 days and they haven’t even sent my package yet!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company does not care about their customers.

I ordered a skirt for my holiday, it came really late so I had left already.
I returned it a week ago and had heard nothing so I called as I was worried, they told me it had been received and I’d get the refund in another 8 days so over 2 weeks.
All in all terrible service.

Ich habe bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen mit & Other Stories gemacht.
Die Retoure Abwicklungen sind auch immer einwandfrei gewesen.
Die Qualität der Sachen, die ich gekauft habe war auch bis jetzt super 👍
