Bin sehr überrascht, dass es so viele schlechte Bewertungen gibt. Bestelle hier seit Jahren und noch nie gab es eine negative Erfahrung bei mir.
Das Einzige, was mich verwundert - wurden die Größen verändert? Normalerweise passt immer Größe 34, wollte es dieses Mal etwas lockerer haben und was soll ich sagen? Ich passe gerade so rein - ohne zugenommen zu haben. Ich werde das beobachten;)

All the terrible reviews are true and I wish I read them before I ordered from this website. It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and the order hasn't shipped! I received an email a few days after I placed my order saying they are busier than usual and that my order will be shipped as soon as possible. I waited and waited and started contacting customer service a few days ago. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. It is impossible to get a hold of them. I get one response out of every 5 emails I send them. And all their responses are NOT HELPING AT ALL. Even though I already gave them my order #, they kept saying they cannot find my order in the system. HOW ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! They are just outright liars. I don't believe for a second that the order just completely disappeared in their system even though I received the order confirmation from them and another follow-up email about the delay in shipping. And other reviewers mentioned this happened to them also so I guess this is just the standard lie that their customer service tell the customers. On top of all this, they are treating me like I am a scammer and kept asking me for proof of purchase, screen shots of my order. SERIOUSLY??? NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I bought a knot and it got all Bally very quickly ie before it was washed. I contact andotherstories and they refused to acknowledge my concern, view the jumper or admit poor quality. Very disappointing

I bought an item at the & Other Stories store at Arlanda Airport, but was shocked to learn that returns are only possible if you travel through security again, essentially requiring me to book another flight. This was never made clear at the time of purchase. From both a customer care and sustainability perspective, this policy makes little sense, as clothes risk ending up unused due to such an impractical return process. I truly hope the company rethinks this policy.

No communication. Ignored calls, emails, chats on the website.
No explanation where my order is.
Lost?
No acknowledgment.

And lets be honest. Nothing looks like the pictures they display online. Like 10 shades of color off. Would love anyone to get into contact with me. Order was suppose to be delivered (at the latest today).

I have sent four emails regarding my payment, and still have not received a refund. It has now been over three months, and the lack of response is completely unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.

Zum Glück habe ich noch nichts bestellt. Schon bei der Anmeldung zeigt sich, wie "professionell" der Service ist: Obwohl ein 10%-Rabattcode versprochen wurde, kam nichts an. Nach einer E-Mail-Nachfrage erhielt ich nur die Standardantwort, ich solle Spam- und Werbeordner prüfen – anstatt dass man einfach den Code oder einen Link zuschickt. Schon vor einer Bestellung entsteht so unnötiger, zeitraubender Schriftverkehr. Wenn das bei einem simplen Rabattcode passiert, möchte ich mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie es bei echten Problemen mit Lieferung oder Retoure wäre. Für mich kommt dieser Shop daher nicht infrage.

I have never experienced such hopeless and incompetent customer service. For 3 months they have postponed a case about a pair of trousers that fell apart the first time in the wash. Every time I have asked how long the case is, they have again asked for pictures - I ended up sending the pictures 4 times. until today they come up with an answer that they could have given 3 months ago. Since I no longer have the receipt for the trousers (new style from spring) they ask for a bank transaction - they get this and yet they can't use it. They are just wasting time! I really do not recommend doing business with or supporting this company - they completely do not care about their customers!

I had been visiting Liverpool with friends and bought a lovely bracelet from the store. Staff and store were great. I returned home to Belfast and two days later the bracelet had broken. I had emailed customer services but was told to address it for an exchange or refund I would need to revisit the store. Given that this is an online store also it is very disappointing that this is the only option available but even more disappointing is the quality of the product.

Hoy visité &other stories en Madrid calle Hermosilla. Me disculpo si la empresa trata a sus empleados como una persona allí me trató a mí. Porque el trato fue tan feo que sentí pena, lástima y vergüenza.

Mi sobrina vive en Londres y lleva una falda de ustedes. Me acerqué de buena fe a la tienda. Es verano. Pregunté por ropa de verano y se me espetó con malos modos un aquí no hay rebajas nunca si pregunta por las rebajas.

Una mirada que no pude ver porque era la mía aunque les aseguro que sería de pena profunda, hizo que se me indicara algo como que había ropa de verano en todas partes y también abajo.

Recorrí la tienda que nunca hace rebajas y me propuse estudiar la legislación sobre rebajas en el derecho español y en el derecho británico que ya saben ustedes se caracteriza porque aspectos esenciales no están escritos.

Qué pena, qué lástima, qué dolor.

No volveré más a su tienda. Contaré mi experiencia y recibirán la correspondiente reclamación por los cauces administrativos de la Comunidad de Madrid.

Es verdad que por otra parte había luego en la tienda quienes fueron amables. La pena es esa primera impresión que me heló la sangre una tarde de verano.

No es nada personal y por eso no pedí el libro de reclamaciones. Por eso y porque no me gusta que me hagan la pelota. Ojalá que quien así me trató no tenga problemas serios, con la empresa que ustedes dirigen o con la vida.

I bought two dresses online in June. They didnt work so I returned them both on the same day, in separate packages. I received a refund for one of the dresses fairly quickly. I then received confirmation of the 2nd return two weeks later with a refund notice of €76. In fact €7 was returned. They are insistent the full amount was refunded. I have even sent them a copy of my bank statement to show the actual amount refunded. They've now gone silent!
Not at all impressed.

J’ai contacté le service client plusieurs fois et la réponse c’est toujours la même :je suis navrée.
C’est inadmissible que personne puisse trouver mon colis car il a été scanné à chaque 2 jours par le transporteur.

Jeg var skeptisk over at bestille ved Other Stories, efter de dårlige anmeldelser. Men jeg må bare sige: De fik hurtigt min ordre afsendt og det var den flotteste kjole, men desværre for lille og måtte returnere kjolen. Jeg har lige modtaget pengene efter en uge. Så ALT perfekt 🥳🥳🥰

I’m extremely disappointed. I recently purchased a dark red suede bag from &Other Stories, and unfortunately, the color rubbed off onto two pairs of my white pants – both on the hip area (while wearing the bag on my shoulder) and even on the knee (when simply holding it by hand while walking). Despite immediate washing, the stains did not come out, and both pairs of pants are now ruined. I consider this a faulty product, as dye transfer to this extent is unacceptable. I reached out to the customer service team 6 days ago with a complaint and a request to resolve the matter, but was completely ignored. This is not only poor customer service, but a violation of basic consumer protection laws. I expect better accountability and support from a brand like &Other Stories. This experience has been very disappointing.

Ich habe 7 Artikel bestellt, aber mit großem Schock nur einen einzigen Artikel im Paket vorgefunden. Sofort habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und gemeldet, dass offenbar ein großer Teil meiner Bestellung fehlt.

Die Reaktion war absolut unprofessionell: Man war nicht bereit, den Vorfall ernst zu nehmen und behauptete, das könne nicht sein, weil das Paket laut Versandgewicht vollständig gewesen sei. Dabei war kein Lieferschein im Paket enthalten, was bei einem seriösen Versandhandel absolut inakzeptabel ist.

Bis heute habe ich weder eine Rückerstattung erhalten, noch irgendeine Lösung, obwohl es um einen Betrag von rund 500 Euro geht. Es wurde mir deutlich gemacht, dass man mir nicht glaubt. Das ist wirklich enttäuschend und respektlos.

Ich habe noch nie zuvor eine so schlechte und gleichgültige Behandlung durch einen Online-Shop erlebt. Für mich ist das klarer Betrug. Nie wieder & Other Stories.

Ho ordinato più volte online e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Ok anche esperienza di reso. Vestibilità dei capi ottima.
