They are excellent. Bought a garden stove from them, then realised I’d not bought the flue extension I wanted. They sent it at cost price the next day. Excellent service, highly recommended

Thanks so much for the review! Emerald green is such a stunning color—it’s going to look incredible once it’s all set up. Really glad to hear it arrived safely packaged and on time. Best of luck with the installation, and we hope you love using it once it's lit!
The Stove was delivered on time and…
The Stove was delivered on time and very well packaged. I bought it because my HETAS installer recommended the company and approved the brand. It was on a limited time offer so I had it sent a couple of months before installation, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness at this stage.
My Stove has now been installed by a HETAS Engineer on 28 September 2026. Following instructions I have had several small fires with kindling wood and a longer one with larger logs. Only 2 slide controls to operate so that makes life easy and already the stove produces a lot of heat. The large window is very attractive and gives great view of whatever is burning. I have yet to use smokeless coal, but I am sure it will be as effective.
Overall this is a great stove and I am sure it will be even more appreciated, when winter comes and temperatures drop.
