I deliberated for a while over buying a particular bag for a milestone birthday trip next month and was kicking myself when it went out of stock. I set an alert through the website and purchased it as soon as I saw it was back. Unfortunately, I then got an email telling me that the bag wasn’t actually in stock and shouldn’t have been sold. I was offered free cancellation (or a choice of another colour) but I feel quite disappointed with the whole experience. Given it was an error on Stow’s part and I had paid for a bag that wasn’t in stock I feel like a bit more could have been done to make up for this - offering to put me on a waitlist for when the bag comes back or contact me directly once it’s in stock again (given I’m wary of trusting the website now) would have been really appreciated.

I love the bag, it looks amazing and the customer service has been brilliant. However, one improvement point is that the leather does scratch very easily - I already have a scratch on the bottom of the bag. I would recommend maybe adding feet to the bottom of the bag to prevent this?

The quality of the bag is top notch and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. Although, it took awhile for it to be delivered the company inform me by email the reasons and updates as well as complementary gift tote bag. Highly recommend

Delivery delayed by manufacturing issue but only by a couple of weeks. Finished product was well worth the wait. Looking forward to using my new Stow handbag this spring!

This was my first Stow purchase - the Stow curve - and I am so pleased! The bag is beautiful, very roomy, the leather is amazing and it is such a great bag for the money! I also really love the magnetic closures.

It took 2 months for my bag to be delivered but they emailed me and gave me a free tote bag. The bag was beautiful and worth the wait. Can't wait for my second bag.

Beautiful bag. The leather and stitching are top quality. I love the shape of the bag, very elegant and yet versatile. The lack of “bling” is a good thing; the quality speaks for itself.

It took a few months to get my large Curve handbag due to high demand. When I did get it, it was packed well and in perfect condition. It is a lovely handbag, very well made with a very nice leather.

I had to wait a while because the bags are so popular, but it was worth the wait! The quality is amazing. The leather is buttery soft, yet has enough texture that it can be used as an everyday bag. I was so impressed that it was suede leather on the inside too, just like my more expensive Loewe and Bottega bags. The size is perfect for me because I carry a lot of things in my bag. It has that very fashionable “slouch” when you put your things in it, which I love. Also instead of one magnetic closure, it has two!! This makes me feel more secure that it’s not going to come open unexpectedly. This bag has the quality features of far more expensive bags.

Yes, it did end up taking almost 8 weeks to arrive, but as I had suspected, the bag was worth it. So beautiful, so supple, so luxe to the touch. I think this is a bag that will easily stand the test of time. Plus, because the order was delayed they kindly included an beautifully crafted a canvas tote bag, gratis.

Average quality and absolute rip off to return an item back.

The bag is wonderful, well done and with a top quality leather.
I wasn't satisfied by the courier service (DHL offers a very bas service in my area), but this isn't Stow's direct responsibilty.

Many reasons...the purse is well made, beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. It's always a little risky when you don't see it in-person. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding! I had a little issue with the shoulder chain, and Stow customer service was fantastic!

I spent several weeks thinking about this tote, scrutinizing the photos, and assessing the size, before purchasing. Now it's my daily work bag, and I love it! I've used it consistently for several weeks, including for travel, and it's the perfect size. It holds far more than I expected and still looks sleek and compact. Plus, it stands up on its own without falling over or slumping so I don't have to worry about setting it down and having anything fall out.

I ordered this bag just before the tanner.leatherstein best bag of 2024 review hit. So that caused a delay in my shipping due to rush of sales that hit. My first impressions of the Curve bag upon receiving it were that I can see the bag is very well made and the leather and hardware on the bag are very high quality. The feel of the leather is very nice. The leather appreance is very matte and for me it is taking some getting used to. In other words I typically like the leather to have a little shine to it. That is probably not the right way to describe it and maybe this high quality leather is suppossed to look like that but the matte color is my least favorite thing about the bag.

I would like to order a tote if they come back in stock but prior to doing so I should probably ask about the look of the leather.

Other than that I am enjoying the bag. I would like for it to be a bit bigger and maybe down the line they will make a larger version as well.

At this price point it is definitly the best quality bag I have ever purchased.
