The delivery was fast and neat. I love the quality of the bag and style. The only thing that was a bit different then in the online picture was the colour. I imagined it to be a bit lighter, the gold chain included. I ordered the mocha one. But I got used to it. It's still a very beautiful bag, very classy and beautiful leather.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Stow London has been exceptional from beginning to end.

The Midi Curve bag is beautifully crafted. The quality of the leather, the suede, the attention to detail, and the overall craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. It is clear that every piece is made with great care, and the bag feels like something I will enjoy for many years.

What impressed me even more, however, was the customer service.

Before placing my order, I contacted the team regarding a promotional shoulder strap that I had unfortunately missed because the bag I wanted was out of stock during the offer. They kindly included the strap with my purchase as a goodwill gesture, which I truly appreciated.

When my bag arrived, I realised that although I absolutely loved it, the original colour wasn’t quite right for me. I contacted the team again to ask whether I could exchange it for the Chocolate Suede version. The process was smooth, the communication was warm and professional, and they even included the complimentary shoulder strap again with my exchange.

In a time when customer service often feels automated and impersonal, Stow London reminded me what thoughtful customer care looks like. They made me feel valued as a customer, and that experience has made me appreciate the brand even more.

Bought the midi curve in black and silver, exceptionally well made. Leather is so soft perfectly made can tell it’s the best on the market n hardware is very robust i wud of happily paid more than asking price . Looks so expensive. A thick dust bag bonus of a tote included, even the thank u and letter about the company is in very good paper. A lot of thought went into presentation completely blown away. Have spent a lot more money on handbags and this bag was defo worth trying. A company I have never ordered from. I am converting to stow for future purchases. Shame no wallets to buy wud be lovely have a matching set paid express and recieved from ready to buy the next day!!

The application made it seamless to order my item. Communication with the company was exceptional and they responded quickly. The item was exactly as described, if not even more exceptional.Shipping process was smooth with no issues.

Excellent customer service, and the bag is of superb quality. I absolutely love it!

Leather is beautiful-exquisite. But shoulder drop could have been longer to allow for easier wearing on heavy coats. Would also like some bag feet in gold.

The bag was worth waiting for! While the bag appears to be small, the bag is actually roomy and is made in a way to carry everything you need. It is hard to select a bag online - but the display of what fits actually works. The skin is beautiful and I expect to carry it for years to come.

I would love it if silver hardware was more available with your handbags! The gold hardware is lovely. But some of us really like the subtleness of silver. Silver has a quiet elegance. I just wish one could customize their choice. Your handbags are stunning. Bravo bravo!!
