I ordered a product called Aquafin…

I ordered a product called Aquafin waterproof headphones for swimming. They sent me a different headphone that was not waterproof and was not called Aquafin. I call that Bait and Switch. I ended up taking a 30% refund because they would not take them back without a restocking charge or partial refund and I would have had to pay for shipping and tracking back to them. I decided Live And Learn.This company is a scam!! Order # PRE1662383-1

I ordered 1 pair of glasses. Does not work as advertised. asked for a refund and am still getting the run around. I don’t know what they don’t understand about I don’t want their product. Offered 20% refund, but I refused it.
Said to ship back to them for full refund, but did not list a business name, just address.

Never again!

It's hard to be constructive when this company is clearly a sham. Ordered over a week ago and, having now read their BBB reviews, it is clear that this company is proving to be deceptive in its advertising and policies at every turn. The cancellation policy differs between what is advertised in their videos and what is written on their site. Nothing they do or say can be trusted.

This company has just posted a response on your site asking for my order number, which at no time has been provided to me as such. However, my case number, as I submitted directly to them, is Ticket ID 1359289 and the Transaction ID (possible order number) is: 0UV82719TR039315N others complain that, upon requesting refunds that they offered a 20% discount, followed by their offering a larger discount thereafter. I would not consider this to be an acceptable resolution.

This company should not even be…

UPDATE AFTER THE REPLY.
Their reply just confirms how unprofessional and the fact that they do not care and just want to cover any issues and just waste more time. They have been provided with ALL the relevant details and chose to say they know and have NOTHING to do with the purchased product. However - they are the support for the product as the link on the website directed communication to them!!

This company should not even be trading.
I purchased an item Qinux Klampero chainsaw sharpener and it is a cheap piece of garbage and does not work. I lodged a complaint via the site where i purchased and it lead me to Straight Commerce. They then and continue to deny they have anything to do with the product and they can not find the order even through i have provided them with the order number placed on the SAME site. Once i provided them with the evidence and link showing their connection to the product and they then said sorry - they will escalate. Then no response and when followed up they again provided a similar reply to the 1st one - denial. Maybe they use AI Bots for customer service. Steer clear of this company and ANY product that they represent

Worst company ever.

One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Sent me a cheap item from China that I didn't open. Then for 2 days wouldn't give me a return address but kept offering a refund of 20% if I would keep the item. Wish I had followed my intuition and checked the company out on Trustpilot first. Finally just filed a dispute the my credit card company.

Charged me for 3 items when I ordered 1. Sent a Chinese Replica of the Saw Shark. They refused to send the right item and asked me to accept 23 percent less than what I spent. Their attitude was completely arrogant and tasteless. It was a total scam from the first second I ordered the Saw Shark.

Unconscionable refund policy

Terrible products, unconscionable refund/replacement policy. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

I purchased a set of OsseoWave bone conduction headphones just prior to Christmas last year. Paid over $110. They seemed to have good reviews, looked as if they been reviewed independently as well and seemed a good thing (this also is now looking like there are scam review sites out there nmasquerading as independent reviews). There is no reference to this company on the OsseoWave site either.

Less than three months later, the headphones stopped working.

Did some trouble shooting research and realised that not only were the headphones just rebranded headphones you can buy for less than $20 (so just a low life scam anyway), when they stopped working, they said 'too bad, so sad, if troubleshooting doesn't work, 30 days is our refund policy so we're not going to replace or refund.'

I feel that 30 days does not constitute reasonable time to provide a repair or replacement should an item of that value stop working, and that it contradicts Australian consumer rights and guarantees.

Update: I replied and said that's not ok, but their final email response has not changed. No refund/replacement etc. just a 'you'll have to place another order'. Yeah right. As if.

Crooked commerce

I guess I've joined this long, unfortunate conga line. Ordered 3 IonClear air ionizers. Not sure if they do anything but emit a blue light and ozone. I should've done more research. After reading the other reviews here I opted to cut to the chase and get my pathetic 30% discount, skipping the bs and shipping/stocking charge. Time will tell if that actually shows up. This emptor didn't caveat properly. Straight Commerce, now there's some ironic branding for you.

Do not recommend.

I have read the reviews below and only wish I had read them before purchasing. Their product does not work as advertised and then they did all the things mentioned below regarding the discount offers. I did not want to keep them. They did not work. Finally got them to provide info to send back. They have yet to reimburse me. After well over a month. Do not recommend.

Buyer Beward - Be cautious when you buy from this company

I bought 3 supposed tv antenna's and the picture appears to show a tower that would sit in the floor something like you would get with a cable company - I got them and they were just cords with a small 3 inch plastic piece in the middle - nothing like what was pictured - I returned them and verified they received them but never received any acknowledgment or a refund - I called them and they told me I had to prove I returned the product but by then I no longer had the tracking # - they either don't log the returns or just use that as an excuse to keep your money - now I will have to go to my bank to see if I can get my money back - please do not buy from this company of if you do keep your receipt until you get your refund

Fraudulent Company stay well clear
I purchased afoot massager for £62 once they had added a sales tax and a delivery charge
The exact same item can be purchased from Amazon for anything from £7.99 to £19.99 and is even advertised on Vinted "new with tags" for £2.99
After making a complaint they offered me a £19 refund but declined there offer and will be taking the matter further

This is a terrible company and they are…

This is a terrible company and they are fraudsters. I bought a large humidifier online and when I got it in the mail, it was the size of a coffee cup. They charged me $79 for that which was false advertisement and a marketing scam. And then they charge me $20 for shipping and handling And it probably cost three dollars to ship. I told them I wanted a refund for everything and they’re being uncooperative. I’m going to contact my bank.

I purchased 4 antennas

I purchased 4 antennas. When I received them I found that they didn't work. I asked for a full refund and shipping instructions. They offered me a 20% and when I refused that and restated my demands they offered me a 30% refund. I refused that and they told me there would be a $5 restocking fee and $17.95 for shipping . I'm willing to forfeit my refund to send the antennas to some one who would like to see what is actually in these so called "antennas".

After purchasing 3 antennas from them I found they did not work. I was first offered a 20% discount, then a 30% discount. When I refused both I was told to return the antenna's at my expense, and I would also be charged a $5.00 restock fee and an additional $15.95 for shipping. Nothing on their site outlines these fees, just loose wording. To make it worse when I tried to review the case it was closed and could not be reviewed, even though they sent me the email asking for my review. Bad company.

I received an email offering a 20% refund and I can keep the antennas. I decline the offer and received another email offering me a 30%. I declined that offer & request for a 3rd a refund. I finally received an email providing the return address. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! VERY SCAMMY!!!

Difficult to return cheap TV antennas-DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I purchased 2 TV antenna’s and neither one of them works. I requested a refund via email. I received an email offering a 20% refund and I can keep the antennas. I decline the offer and received another email offering me a 30%. I declined that offer & request for a 3rd a refund. The antennas were not cheap and they’re cheaply made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
