I call because I was looking at two antennas online. When I clicked on one antenna, they both were checked. I hit cancel on one, and the other one was ordered. I did receive the antenna I ordered. A few days later, I received an email that my 3 antennas were getting ready to ship. I called the phone number on the email and spoke to a rep that I did not order these and wanted to cancel this order before it shipped. She told me that the order had not shipped, but was at the warehouse, and she could not cancel the order. She told me I would have to receive the order and then return them.

I ordered a blood glucose monitor and got a pulse monitor and I had to wait about 2 or 3 weeks for delivery and the day it was supposed to be delivered it was 4 days later before I received the wrong device I would give you a 0 star because I feel as though this is a scam

The label was not created till Aug 12. I asked on Aug 10 to change the order. You told me on the 11th that it has been shipped already and you couldn't change the order. That was a lie because the shipping label wasn't created until Aug 12. Cancel my order and refund my money ASAP.
The reply still doesn't take responsible for the lie they told me.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This is just another one of the many reviews on here about the misleading ads for the blood glucose monitor. I wish I had checked here before purchasing this product.This is a straight up scam and false advertising. Do not do business with this company!

This company is running a scam and preying on diabetics. They sell a product called BloodVitals and imply that it measures blood sugar. The website says "pain free" and "no skin pricking" and posts reviews of people saying they use it to monitor their diabetes. What comes in the mail ($55 later) is a cheap pulse oximeter that you could buy elsewhere for less than $10.
When you request a return and refund they first claim to offer a 20% refund, then a 30% refund without returning the product.
From reading other reviews, it appears that there will never be any refund whether the product is returned or not.
They will then respond to this review with a false claim of help.
Learn from my mistake of doing business with this company and stay far away from them.

I ordered a pulsoximeter that was clearly advertised as also doing blood glucose levels without finger sticks. When it arrived 2 weeks later it was a simple meter without the ability to check glucose. I e mailed customer service about it and the response was that they could see how I misunderstood its functions and offered a goodwill refund of 20%. I replied with a screenshot of the ad stating clearly it checked glucose levels and they upped the offer to 30%. Avoid this unethical, false advertising company at all costs.

They advertise "glucose" monitoring device. "no invasive" No needles" then they mail to you a simple oxygen and pulse meter. Then if one complaines they offer one 20% off to keep the product. This is a classic bait and switch sceme. Since no oxygen and pulse metter are invasive anyways. Luckily for me I got a full refound via Paypal. But I did not need the agrevasion. So buyers beware its a scam.

I spent $80.00 on a gyro that does not work. Straight Commerce's return policy states that the customer pays for the return shipment ($12.95) and a $5.00 handling fee. Do not trust this company.

I ordered 3 net boost WiFi extenders. Can’t get any of them to work asked for a refund and am still getting the run around. I don’t know what they don’t understand about I don’t want their product and just give me directions on how they want me to return them. At this point I’m willing to take 150.00 in the shorts and just forget the whole thing. After much back and forth I finally got my refund.

The wrong order was sent to me (after waiting for weeks) and I was charged triple the amount of what I ordered. I tried to get a refund and was first offered 20% off to keep it, then 30% off after that. I just wanted a refund. Then I was told that I could get a refund, minus the shipping fee and plus a restocking fee. I also have to send it back with a tracking number, and again pay for the shipping. This return cost me around $40, and the mistake made was the fault of the store.

The laser fungus treatment product they're promoting did nothing for me. It came with no real instructions and no instructions or guidance to return the product.
....Not a legitimate product.

Buyer beware of this company. The product ordered from them did not work. In my opinion They are a scamming company. Their responses seem to be AI generated and say the same thing as some of the other people that have complaints. I purchased what was suppose to be a digital antenna, but turns out to be a piece of junk.

I would give them a negative star rating if it was an option. I ordered a broad wave antenna from them over 5 weeks ago and I’ve still not received anything in the mail, despite my reaching out to them a number of times. They certainly took my money the same day I placed the order but I have never received my package, and I’ve pretty much given up hope. I went to my local post office and they looked into it. Straight Commerce tried to blame the postal service but the post office had proof that the item had never even been shipped. I’m sure I’ll never see the product, or get my money back. It’s sad when companies take advantage of people. My husband lost his job over a year ago, and we had to give up cable with lead us to buying an antenna. I just want them to do the right thing and make this right. In the meantime, I can warn others to not get into the same scam and position I’ve found myself in. Next stop, the better business bureau!

I bought an laser fungus treatment device from this seller. It is a cheep Chinese manufactured device sold by the seller at the rocket price. Additionally there were not any word regarding the policy to return the device back. You have to pay triple price for shipment plus $5 for restacking. This a real scam. it looks to me that the device had been ordered from eBay or any another unexpensive source and sold for a five -six time more expensive price. Don't think even to by any product from this seller. Scam, Scam and Scam!

I bought a Net Boost Wi-Fi extender on line. It is junk and I want to return it, but there is no contact info for either Straight Commerce Inc. or for Spark-Tec. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Do not purchase one of these on line! Amazon has them cheaper and they can be returned free. ......... Straight Commerce replied to this post with one saying that I should contact them at their e-mail address (Trustpilot did not allow me to quote the e-mail address I was given). I tried to e-mail them at that address but THAT E-MAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST! THEY ARE FRAUDS! They have essentially stolen $68 (after tax and shipping) from me.

First, the Free Wave antenna is nothing more than a piece of plastic that picks up no channels.
Second, they don't want to refund your money, so offer you 20% refund and you can keep the junk.
Third, they then offer you 30%.
Fourth, now if they do refund, there is a refund charge, no refund of shipping and return shipping is also at your expense.
Their ad said you'd get a full refund - a lie.
There was nothing about shipping costs until after payment.
What a ripoff?

I placed an order (PRE 1277880-1) for 4 FreeWave Antennas on 3/12/25, After placing the order I figured out that this product was not what I needed. I received them on 3/24/25 and did not open them. I immediately emailed Straight Commerce asking for a return shipping label, stating I did not need this product. I provided all details relating to the product and order and stating I had made a mistake in ordering them. I received a reply offering me a 20% discount. I replied that I did not need them and just wanted to return them for a full refund. Another email from them offering me a 30% discount. Again, I emailed that I did not need the product and wanted to return for a refund. After each communication I received another email asking me to rate their support. Each of their emails asked for more specific reasons or concerns I have with the product , to help them understand the issue and address it.
After too many emails stating the same thing I lost my cool and stated I would file a complaint with Paypal, my credit card company and post negative reviews, On 3/26/25 I was given an address to return the products to at my expense. I was told my credit would be less the original shipping and a $5 restocking fee. The delivery tracking receipt showed they received the products on 4/4/25. I reached out on 4/8/25 because I had not seen a credit to my Paypal account.
Today, 4/13/25 I received an email stating I should have a refund within 5 days. I will continue watching my account and take further action if the refund is not received within the 5 days.
I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Just like everyone else who have written a review about this 'company', straight-commerce, I have been duped into believing that the item I paid for was real and I will get what I paid for! I was so wrong and so stupid and gullible! We paid and now lost $60.33 for a 'Net-Boost' device that we'll never get! And the thugs (pictures) that reply to our queries just keep lying to us, it has been shipped, just wait bullshit!
I have filed complaints with BBB and the FTC.
I have all the emails in a saved folder. A last resort is going to send a complaint with information to FBI and CIA if needs be. Or I'll find another legal outlet! What this 'company' is doing is WRONG to the nth degree!!
