Worst deliver service ever!

Unable to contact customer service their website, packages misdirected to other provinces. Packages lost or stolen by straightship employees after being released from customs. When they do deliver the delivery drivers just throw the items into the driveway of toss them over the fence breaking items in the package, leaving them to be stolen or out in bad weather. There are signs on my garage door with instructions where to place the packages but the drivers either ignore or can’t read English. Other services like Purolator or FedEx are capable of following the instructions and are courteous, polite and do their jobs well. Why can’t straight ship provide better service?

Would give ZERO stars if possible

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Have had my parcel for 10 days and it hasn’t moved or any update on website. Called three times and given the exact same “song & dance” and said they will call back. Never received any callbacks. This is the WORST customer service I have ever come across.

UPDATE - 3 calls to them, on hold saying 1 minutes 45 seconds….call drops after being on hold for an hour.

They left my package by the garbage.

They left my package behind the garbage bin... it was found by my neighbour... I live in an apartment building and the package had my unit number on it. Never happened to me until I saw that my Temu order is being shipped by this vile unprofessional company. Their call centre is even more useless. One of them hung up on me because I sightly sounded frustrated with this delivery. Disgusting. One star? more like -1

Straightship has had my parcels for over a month now and nothing has been updated or anything and I was hoping to have these packages for Christmas I understand all the changes being made to the company but come on now do better straightship I will continue to call. Until recently I never had any issues…

*EDIT: While I never did receive any reply’s to my emails from Straightship, I will give credit to the delivery drivers who did deliver my packages eventually. There was 3 in total all arriving by or just before Dec 5 and they didn’t arrive until Dec 18 at 5pm (2 parckages) and the one that was supposedly lost arrived Dec 20 in the afternoon. The drivers did a good job, too bad the company’s customer service can’t.
Until recently I never had any issues with Straightship delivering my packages. Recently however they have been terrible. I had 3 outstanding orders; the first order they lost all together and thankfully Temu gave me great customer service and refunded me. The next two orders are in limbo…they show departed Mississauga Nov 28/25 and have not updated since. When I try tracking my packages they show as expected delivery by 10pm today for what’s now over a week ! I’ve tried calling them about this and was put on hold then disconnected, I’ve sent 2 emails enquiring where my packages are and so far no one has replied. I realize Christmas is a very busy time of year, but this is no excuse for such horrible customer service. I really hope Temu finds a different company that is more dependable.

J'ai reçu l'avis de livraison et une photo, je vais donc à ma porte et rien personne n'a sonné et pas de colis, c'est la 2e fois que je me fais avoir la première fois j'attendais une grosse commande et le livreur n'a jamais sorti de son véhicule on le voie très clairement sortir son télépĥone pour prendre une photo du poteau d'interdiction de stationner wow méchante preuve de livraison mais j'avais toute la vidéo prit en flagrant délis et cette fois ci pas de video j'étais à la maison et rien encore j'avais même blacklister cette compagnie de voleur livreur et intelcom le nouveau service à la clientèle inexistant le prochaine agent sera disponible dans moins de 30 min merci de mon appel mon appel est important pour eux 150 fois mon ... sa fait 1h05 que j'attends et tourjours rien

Absolutely no accountability . They just do not care.

Package slated for deliver on or before Dec 3. There has been no update on the tracking since Nov 24th. I have called customer service several times and have been told my inquiry has been escalated but nothing has happened. There seems to be no accountability for late/lost shipments.. I am not really upset that the package is late..but they cant tell me if its lost or if I will receive it before Christmas.

Si j’aurais pu ne pas mettre d’étoile je l’aurais fait depuis le 27 novembre j’attend un colis j’appelle on me dit qu’il envoie un courriel et de patienter 24 à 48h sa fait 4 fois qu’on me dit sa.En plus sa fait plusieurs colis qui mon été perdu avec cette compagnie De plus ils son très dure a rejoindre 1 fois sur 2 on m’a mit en attente pour après 15 minute avoir un message qui dit vue a un problème nous ne pourrons pas prendre votre appel rappeler plus tard

My package has been sitting in…

My package has been sitting in Mississauga, Canada since December 4. No updates on any movement for five days.

[Dec 11] One week; still no update: sitting in Mississauga.
[Dec 12] No update.
[Dec 13] No update.
[Dec 14] FAKE update! (see below)
[Dec 15] No update.

The Dec 14 fake update says only "Your order is in Progress". No location is given as to where the package is. No specifics about what is being done.
I know from one successful package that I received from Straightship that there are no such updates; every update mentioned a waypoint and specifics, lke "Package is received at [location]" or "Package will be delivered before [time]".

Their tracking system is automatically identifying lost packages in their database, and posting fake progress updates! That's on top of their employees being documented thieves.

I ordered a package from Temu who…

I ordered a package from Temu who decided to use this courier despite them being extremely unreliable. Even when I go to their website and try to contact them, you cannot send them an email. I have given up on this parcel as they clearly are not going to be reliable or responsible for getting it delivered. It was supposed to be a a xmas gift for my daughter....what a HUGE letdown!. I have asked Temu to ban them from sending any of my shipments through them. I could also open up a company and say I am a courier and not to anything at all...Thank God Most couriers are more responsible and reliable and take it seriously. Not these idiots!!

One star is way too high!

My package containing my granddaughters' birthday presents arrived at Straightship's Mississauga warehouse 12 days ago and has remained there since. This is supposed to be a shipper, not a storage company. Three phone calls each promising an expedited delivery failed to budge my order (their call center is in the Philippines). They will not allow a personal pickup nor will they tell me the warehouse address. The Contact section of their website fails to send my message.

Very obvious why 91% of the reviews on this site are one-star. Wish I had known Temu was using Straightship before I ordered. I have now cancelled my Temu order entirely due to Straightship.

these guys are a joke my package cleared customs on nov 29th they pick it up on the 30th hasnt shown up was supposed to be here last week, customer support line is a joke. nothing but lies told me my parcel was still sitting over seas

Don’t know how this company is allowed to be in business!!! 3 SEPARATE PACKAGES goes smoothly until it hits the straitship warehouse in Mississauga Ontario, and every time they get their grimy hands on it that’s where it gets lost or stolen by an employee or whatever happens to it it disappears. The customer service “help” line is a complete joke all they tell you is lies and false information what an absolute joke of a courier company!!! So annoying dealing with this around Christmas time, it’s all stressful enough, I had some pretty important things in those packages my kids really asked for.. Temu get better couriers straitship is being blacklisted going forward that’s if I even ever order from them again..

0 stars would be more appropriate. Courier claimed to have attempted delivery which was false. I received a full refund from Temu however it remains to be seen if I’ll get receive the package

Just as bad as SwiftX. Customer support ghosts you and never picks up. Packages take exponentially longer than all other courier services. Definitely a scam company. Never use.

This delivery company is the worst of the worst, horrible, horrible service. Unreliable. I recently lost my item. Delivery man claimed he had a picture. What he provided was a photo of an exterior building which is not even one I do live in. Called customer service; I believe it is outsourced in the Philippines. The worst customer service I came across, inconsistent, irrelevant and poor communication. I am sure there are many people who had similar experience. By the end of the day, needless to say, I lost my parcel for good.From now on what I am going to do is, as soon as I placed order (in my case it is Temu), I will look at the tracking number. If it starts with STRTD, I know it is Straightship delivery company. I will immediately cancel my order. That is what everyone should do.
