I guess it really does pay to read the reviews before ordering. I cannot speak to the quality of the products because I haven't received them yet. However, I can speak to the customer service; it is non-existent insofar as doing the right thing. I ordered three bands for my watch, all of the bands appeared as available on the website (note, I also paid for expedited shipping). Two days after I placed the order I received and email saying some of the items were not available to ship and they would have to have them brought in from another warehouse and it could take up to two weeks. OK, I get that inventory issues arise. My thoughts, since I paid for expedited service, they should have sent what they had expedited, and ship the remainder of the items at their expense when they are available. It took over five days of back and forth emails to get things sorted out, or at least I hope it's sorted out...will see if I get the item they had in stock soon.

Great product and Great service!

I ordered three watch bands for my Samsung Watch Classic 6. The new bands were more comfortable and possibly better quality than the original Samsung band. And the customer service was absolutely excellent! I highly recommend this company.

HORRIBLE QUALITY

HORRIBLE QUALITY. Literally did not fit on my watch. No refund offered. I posted a bad review on their website and it was taken down. They only keep up the good reviews. This should be illegal.

Company intentionally hiding how terrible they are

1. It's not possible to leave a review on their Google store, so I assume the 2000+ reviews there are fake.
2. It's not possible to leave a negative review on their website because if you give them lower than 3 stars, it sends you to a 403 page. They are very intentionally hiding the fact that they are a terrible company with low quality products.
3. Their straps did not fit my fitbit charge 6. All the connections were loose.
4. You have to pay for your own returns.

2. We never intend to prevent honest feedback, whether positive or negative. If you encountered a 403 error, that may have been a technical issue rather than an intentional block.

3. We're sorry the straps didn’t fit your Charge 6. We did try to reach out to offer a solution; unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you.

4. Return costs are noted in our policy, but if there are any issues with an order, we always encourage customers to contact us. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Size not accurate

Love the look and feel of the Beads of Rice watch band. I have put many watch bands on; not super easy, but a few tries does it. Unfortunately after an hour of trying, including watching videos for tips involvingdental floss, it just wasnt going to work. Took it to a watch repair where they said they had to shave a little bit off to make it fit. I had ordered 20mm as usual. For such an expensive band, I shouldn't have to pay somebody to alter it to fit a standard samsung watch. Again, i love the band, I just hope it lasts $89 worth....

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service, Very Vague. Three emails only one response late afternoon on a Friday before they close for the weekend. They promise two business day response of email. They skirt your questions about your order, being vague. Then they tell you your order can take up to eight (8) business days, yet the day of the email is ten (10) days. Such bad Customer Service, who knows if the order will even arrive? Horriable, stay away from this company!

Nice straps but terrible delivery delays to Europe

Bought three rubber straps of different colours (black, red, dark green) to put on a Unimatic watch (gorgeous watch but the fabric strap was not 100% comfortable). The Dassari straps that I have received are good looking, nicely textured, very easy to swap straps, and they are extremely comfortable to wear. Only thing I still have to discover is the durability, which I hope will be OK.
But : European buyers beware. The delivery delay is unbelievably long (the carrier is USPS, United States Postal Service), to such a point that I've thought that my initial order had been lost. Strapsco has made a second shipment at no additional cost, and I have finally received it about four weeks later. Custom duties and import taxes have to be paid before delivery.
"Fun" fact : my initial order arrived several days ago, more than two months after I had ordered it. I have refused the delivery and it will be sent back to them.

Awful Customer Service

They did not include one of two items that I ordered and paid for. They have not responded to repeated emails. Their customer service is not terrible; it is non existent.

They are impossible to deal with. I will never order from them again.

bands will not stay attached to fitbit charge 5. I have tried all three bands in the order: none will stay attached0 to the fitbit. After reading the reviews I won't even attempt to return them.

Great experience overall

Great selection. They had the perfect match for my Garmin Fenix 5x. Happy that I could order from a Canadian company. It did take 3 weeks for the straps to arrive, but from the postal stamp I saw that they mailed them the day after my order was placed, so I cannot fault the company. Straps are perfect. Would definitely use again.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! I haven’t gotten a response in a month! I’ve sent this strap back to them a month ago for an exchange and no update or response when I contact customer service. Now they have my money and the strap I sent back. STAY AWAY FROM STRAPS CO! They delete bad reviews!!!

I was initially quite disappointed with…

I was initially quite disappointed with the wristbands I had purchased as they did not fit our Fitbits.
Not only did they take them back, they sent me the correct bands with a very quick turnaround time.
They communicated with me on a regular basis and were most helpful and polite.

Wow just read through a few reviews and aside from the fact that the straps are being mailed from Plattsburgh, NY and a fairly short ride from Montreal where this company is located it appears that someone may be avoiding duty charges. Trump is gonna get you.

I started off to make people aware the Fitbit Sport Bands comes in one size, really BIG and when I questioned it their reply was “Do Not Trim” …..well thats ridiculous. Ordered two bands separately and I have already trimmed the first. Waiting for the second to arrive. Guess I’m done with this company

I've purchased four straps from this…

I've purchased four straps from this company. Three of them broke and one of the ones they actually tried to exchange I received broken. Now they won't replace my most recent one that has broken. So basically every single strap I have purchased from them has broken either within 6 months or just over 6 months. I will never buy from this company again.

This is a valid review. I have spoken multiple times with Strapsco via email.

Buyer beware!

If I could give them "0" I would.
Their return policy is bogus. After I paid to return the watch bands, they deducted the return cost from my refund. The bands were return in the exact same state and packaging it was sent to me. I contacted them they refused to reimburse me. In today's world accountability and honesty is no longer a thing. It's only $7.00, that's not the point, it's the principle.

Low Quality and Lower Service

First is the durability of their products. I have purchased both silicone and the metal mesh bands for my Fitbit. Both faded so much that I literally had to throw them away. The silicone got so discolored on the edges and with minimal use that I did not want to wear them. I tried all of the various methods on the internet to clean and nothing worked. My biggest issue was a recent purchase of a stainless steel band that was almost 2 and 1/2 in too wide. I tried to return it and the first thing they said was that I can purchase a smaller one for an additional $10. They would just send me another band. Not only did this piss me off but what am I supposed to do with the first one, I'm just supposed to throw it away? Or am I supposed to find someone that can wear it and spend my time that way? It is incredibly wasteful and environmentally irresponsible to not take the product back so that it doesn't end up in a landfill. I wrote them and said the last thing I'm going to do is spend more money with you. This is, I believe, an overseas company and they barely can write legible English. I'm not racist but if I can barely understand your response, it's already off to a bad start. I would never purchase from this company again. If you are going to purchase, just know it is going to be low quality and it will look good for about 3 weeks. A total waste of money. I think they really ought to be driven out of business.

I ordered three straps

I ordered three straps. They were all crap quality. One broke the first day I tried to wear it. I went through the hassle to get an RMA and mailed them back before Christmas. Now 6 weeks later I have no refund and they’re claiming they didn’t get them back. I’m considering just doing a chargeback with my credit carrier at this point. Garbage product and shady customer service. (See their reply below for evidence of them again lying about my return and trying to offer me more of their junk instead of refunding me as a reputable business would have - and now here they are a YEAR later trying to reply to this review as if I still have the tracking slip. Save your money, they're a scam).
