Quality straps and value
I like the quality and for the most part the value of the straps. I wish there was a bit more styles such as more canvas style watch straps. Maybe a bit more premium offerings as well but plenty of options to make your watch look unique. Shipping can be a bit slow.

Poor customer service at first but addressed by ownership
Update: after the owner Martin reached out and listened to all my concerns he took care of everything. His straps are very nice high quality and I do truly recommend them. He is working with his team to learn from my experience and grow.
Not helpful, after waiting months for a restock notification, I received an email claiming they had products in stock but didn't. They are not focused or organized.
1 day after I ordered the whole site went 25% on sale but they were too inept to be able to apply a refund to my order nor smart enough to give me a gift card to make me purchase from them again to give them a chance to win me back.
There are much better companies to spend my money with than strapsco.

Tough start, Great experience. Let's do it again!!
Considering the prolonged issue I had with exchanging my initial order for the proper size, my experience was very positive. I have recently taken to horology and watch building and modification. I am still learning and didn't fully understand how to properly size the the bands for my newly built. They worked hard to assist me in selecting the proper size band for my wrist. The bands are of excellent quality. I'm am currently waiting for the arrival of my 3rd order. It is with my strongest endorsement that I recommend Strapco.
