For me, they offer a very nice selection of watch straps at a very reasonable price. Overall, the quality is excellent across their offerings.

As watch collector with over 30 watches, many that are vintage, I like to show some color with my straps and StrapsCo. offers some colorful straps.

I would highly recommend StrapsCo. if you want excellent quality at great value.

I ordered the wrong band, contacted customer service. You were very responsive. I sent the band in for exchange. Am awaiting the new one. You have been very helpful and friendly. Will buy from you again

Straps always has the best quality watch straps anywhere

My go-to for all my straps. I have big wrists and strapsco is the only place that has a good selection of extra long straps that fit.

This was honestly a FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING experience.

Strapsco loudly advertises a “NO HASSLE 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – FULL REFUND FOR ANY REASON.” That promise is the only reason I felt comfortable ordering. Turns out, it’s basically MARKETING WORDS WITH CONDITIONS THEY DON’T CLEARLY DISCLOSE.

I returned THREE WATCH STRAPS WELL WITHIN 30 DAYS because they DID NOT FIT MY WRIST. One of them even had POOR STITCHING THAT IRRITATED AND SCRATCHED MY SKIN. Apparently, actually trying on a watch strap (THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IF IT FITS) is considered “used” and suddenly disqualifies you from a refund.

Instead of honoring their own guarantee, they refused to refund my money and tried to push STORE CREDIT. I DON’T WANT STORE CREDIT. I DON’T WANT ANOTHER PRODUCT. NONE OF THEIR STRAPS FIT ME — THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT OF THE RETURN.

This feels MISLEADING AND SHADY, and absolutely not what “NO HASSLE” OR “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” means to a normal customer. If you expect their refund policy to be honored the way it’s advertised, THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING.

I originally placed an order for three straps. Two were for my wife's Apple Watch and one was a Dassari FKM rubber for myself. I was so impressed with them that I ordered another six for myself. All were Dassari as I felt the small difference in price was worth. Most were FKM rubber and a couple are sailcloth. I'm enjoying them all and will mostly be back shortly to order more. Also customer service was excellent. I had a few questions and they were very responsive.

Prompt reply. Did everything to resolve delivery concern that was beyond their control. I was extremely satisfied with the attention and result.

Good deals and great service.

I recently ordered the incorrect size strap. They followed up with me numerous times to check my satisfaction. While I took responsibility for ordering the wrong size, they insisted on replacing with the correct size. Unheard of in today's world but greatly appreciated

The band was subpar and I emailed them to provide a credit and accept the return. After 4 emails back and forth asking why, or get an exchange, now they are offering a gift card where as I need a return.

I disputed the charge with my credit card as it easiest than deal with the customer service. No return mailing service.

Good variety of products, easy ordering and reasonable prices. Quick service with fast delivery.

The StrapsCo team were surprisingly responsive to my inquiry and were very easy to work with.
I had ordered the wrong size (20mm vs 19mm, it's hard to measure without calipers) and they replaced the straps with no fuss!
They responded quickly and let me know when my replacement straps shipped. Super easy to work with these folks!

The ease of returning and exchanging watch bands. I would definitely buy from StrapsCo.
