If i could give 0 stars i would cause…
If i could give 0 stars i would cause it's very bad,I can't even track my order even if I place the order number it said "No package found" it was supposed to be signed the 20 of March and I ordered it the February 27. They don't even refund the whole thing they only refund 80$ that is not cool. Would not recommend at all,night be scams too

Because you have been communicating with our team via our HelpDesk for several days, we have addressed your concerns there. We have also explained how the "order search engine" works. This is not designed for tracking your package. It will update you on the various stages your order goes through before shipping.
We have not received a refund request from you, but we can absolutely process a full refund if you prefer not to wait for the talent to return the signed print to us.

Great opportunity my only thing was that the talent was getting upset at this person named Islam because he took up too much of the time signing because he had too many long quotes and doodles requested.

It was really great! :D I got it signed by the person I bought from, but I wish I could've gotten more emails for the shipping, so that is why it is a 4/5 for me. if you personally hate getting emails then you should totally buy!

The customer service is spot on, emailed me back so quick each time. Received my Neil Newbon autograph day quicker than I thought and when Theo Solomons took ages they let me swap it for a signed Witcher one which came the week after!

Long wait to not get what I ordered
Ordered a print 5 months ago, after asking about it after two months I got the run-around about whether I would get I before having my order cancelled because one of the parties no longer signs for the service. Found out they had pre-signed prints still available, ordered that, finally got it minus the frame I ordered.

It is extremely rare for a talent to request that we cancel and refund all the orders in their shop, but that is what happened here. We are very sorry this happened. We also wanted a different outcome for you!
We are glad that you were able to order a different print that the talent had pre-signed for us. We will contact you about the frame. If that wasn't included, we'll send it to you right away!
