Paul Cacciatore has helped me throughout several transactions until I finally succesfully purchased a property. His knowledge, competence and expertise have been very helpful throughout the process. He's meticulous and firm which offers a level of reassurance when going through such a big investment and life decision. Despite the pressures involved, he remained approachable and patient, even with my infinite number of questions.

Oliver Clark (under supervision of Luke Vignall) provided sound advice & service handling the sale of my North Finchley property. It wasn't the easiest matter to manage as I was traveling at the time an offer was received. Time difference, not having access to all my documents and difficulties with the buyers' solicitor adhering to exchange as agreed, were handled by him with patience and diligence. He was proactive and did not hesitate to call me if I was slow to respond, which I appreciated very much. Always pleasant, he was very professional in his communications with solicitor, bank officers and me. I wish him a successful and rewarding career in law.

I can’t recommend Maxine Ellington and Dawn Jupp at Streathers Clapham Common highly enough. They helped me through a particularly tricky lease issue during the sale of my flat – a property that’s caused me problems for years – and they handled it all with real dedication and professionalism.

They worked incredibly hard to get things resolved and always kept me in the loop throughout. What really stood out was how personable, friendly, and helpful they both were – which hasn’t always been my experience with solicitors in the past.

I had a disappointing experience with Streathers Solicitors. They took an incredibly long time to handle our case, with a response rate that left much to be desired. It took over a year and eight months to distribute the funds following the passing of our beloved mother, which caused significant frustration among our family and relatives.

When we inquired about the delays, the responses we received were often frustrating and seemed ethically questionable. There were instances of false statements, which only added to our concerns about their responsibility in handling our case.

I truly believe that those who left positive reviews may have had different experiences, but my own journey with them was far from satisfactory. I have documented evidence of the issues from start to finish.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Jackie and Emilija did an excellent job when both our parents died, taking care of their estate when we were totally out of our depth.
When we sold our parents house we were able to use Streathers solicitors for the sale and everything was done in house, so we knew the solicitors in all departments were communicating.

Laura was great and I felt that the real estate transaction process ran relatively smoothly. I felt that important points were well diligenced.
The only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I asked Laura on the phone for her opinion on the transaction (effectively whether she would be comfortable taking a minor admin / legal risk) and she simply stated what the facts were and what the potential outcomes could be. I understand that she would have to do that in writing but as a first time buyer I would have appreciated the personal opinion of someone with significant past experience in the area.

Nicholas was immediately transparent and entirely upfront regarding costs and

Streathers Solicitors might be great lawyers but they take VERY long to deal with their cases and the response rate is bad. It took them over two years to distribute funds after the death of my aunt and all the family grew extremely frustrated with them. The chasing became embarrassing after three deadlines were missed and this was never really explained apart from that they moved offices. More often than not we got an “out of office” reply and although the trainee solicitor often wrote back, nothing was happening for way too long. This resulted for me to be issued with late payments fines of tax in my country.
I cannot recommend them.

I had received , all through the year an extraordinary, professional, sensitive and efficient approach from both Roger Boustred and Emilija Mikutyte, when dealing with some complicated issues and updating of wills.
Every issue was dealt promptly and the steps to fallow were clearly communicated at all times.

I am grateful for their sensitivity and effectiveness.

We used Streathers, specifically Oliver Clark, for the purchase of our first house recently. Neither of us knew what we were doing or what the process was, however Oliver made it really easy, explaining at each step what was needed and when we were unsure of what something meant or what was needed, he was very patient and ensured we fully understood what we were doing before proceeding. I valued this greatly as it meant we did not feel we were in the dark or confused and being rushed through something we didn't fully understand. Oliver was always responsive to emails and calls, responding same day every time. We felt confident with every step, and we completed in the record time of about 6 weeks (chainless both ends). Couldn't recommend more highly.

Excellent service from Streathers in getting my sale and purchase over the line. Luke Vignali and his team kept at it whenever progress seemed to be stalling, and over the four months before we got there gave helpful and calming advice.
