Poor quality of material and communication is too much of a mechanical response, no personal touch, I would avoid even logging in to their website

One of those "scam you for money" companies. I paid for three garments but was only sent two, with their chat bot reminding me that I can still have a third garment if i pay for it (again!)

Definitely won't recommend to any one, in fact I would like to warn people to never use this company

Ordered off white embroidered cotton flex suit set with cotton silk dupatta. We ordered it in size XL. Upon recieving it was a little tighter than expected. We wanted to exchange it for a bigger size of the same product. Upon trying to exchange, there was a pop up saying that it cannot be exchanged. Despite it being the same product but just a different size.
Mailed them as well for support, but all of it proved useless. No help whatsoever from the team. Now the exchange window is over and I'm stuck with a kurta that's too tight to be comfortably worn and no space to loosen. Disappointing experience. Do not buy from there. Instead look for other legitimate websites that actually provide decent customer experience and support. If I had an option I would rate it no stars
Also, you have to pay for the exchange. Straight up desperate move

Very unhappy with the delivered product. The picture showed the dress with lot of 'gher'...the product sent is very plain. Pls don't order as per the pic as it's not reliable. There is no customer contact number to even talk. So no solution. Your money will be wasted.

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Style Jaipur, in the hope that it helps other customers make informed decisions.

Incorrect Product Delivery: Despite placing an order for a Medium-sized item, we received a Large. This reflects a serious lapse in order accuracy and quality control.
No Free Return Policy: Even though the error originated from the seller, there is no provision for free returns or exchanges. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Product Misrepresentation: The item delivered was significantly different from the product showcased in the website images. This raises concerns about misleading advertising and transparency.
Poor Product Quality: The overall quality of the product was far below expectations. The stitching, finish, and detailing were substandard and not aligned with the price paid.
Inferior Fabric: The fabric used was of noticeably poor quality and did not justify the cost. It lacked both comfort and durability.
Lack of Customer Support: Attempts to reach out for resolution were met with inadequate response, further adding to the frustration.
Unprofessional Service: The entire experience—from order placement to delivery and post-sale support—was marked by inefficiency and lack of professionalism.
Final Recommendation:
Based on this experience, I strongly advise customers to exercise caution before purchasing from Style Jaipur. The combination of poor product quality, incorrect delivery, and lack of customer support makes it difficult to trust this platform. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances

no proper response, very very bad quality product delivered. When asked for refund, they say no refund, even for exchange we have to pay extra. Already collected extra with the order. no contact number,

The company does not list the phone number and while exchange was approved in our order it was not picked and when we checked through website found that it’s showing exchange cannot as window is closed whereas initial complaint was lodged within 10 hrs

Extremely poor quality product,the embroidery half done,stains on the product,neckline not cut ,they expect the customer to do finishing and then wear it.ordered size M though the tag was right the outfit wouldn’t fit,
Ordered the product cash on delivery when trying to exchange there’s no option of cash on delivery also they are asking to pay 200/- for exchange of a filthy product.
Please do not buy from this vendor,no respect for their customers,even after sending a faulty product fleecing money by asking for more.

I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I had specifically ordered a 3XL size, but what I received was completely wrong — a shirt in 2XL and a pajama in XL. When I raised an exchange request, the response was even more frustrating. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, I was told I need to pay an extra Rs. 200 as per their policy.

What kind of company makes an error in size and then asks the customer to pay to fix their mistake? This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.

I would strongly advise others not to order from this company. They deliver incorrect products and then expect customers to bear the cost of their own errors. Very disappointing experience.
