HATE their new line up of subs, 1st off the top is their floor stand signge, have to lay on the ground to see what is offered.

Use to love their assorted but that isn't even very good any more and WHAT no roast beef anymore!

Ya lost two customers.

Beware the Subway on Hurontario Street next to McDonald's in Collingwood Ontario. The fellow wrapping sandwiches and taking money, was blowing his nose and wiping it all over a tissue, then threw it out and immediately grabbed the paper of the gentleman 2 people in front of me to wrap his sandwich, then hand it off to him! I was thoroughly disgusted. The man said nothing and paid and left. He then took another tissue and wiped his nose and did the same thing to the man in front of me. He also said nothing, paid then left. Before he could grab the paper to wrap mine I gently asked him if he could please wash his hands before wrapping my sandwich. He said sure and turned around and wet his fingers then wiped his hands on his pants. I again asked him to use soap please as I had seen him blow his nose. He asked me in an arrogant tone " Is that better? To which I replied as a matter of factly that, " It's not that it's better but you are handling food and it's not food safe to do what you are doing. It's actually pretty disgusting."
Now this fellow was in his late 20s. I tried calling the complaints line but of course it tells you it's better to email which I will absolutely do! Now I read some other complaints online about this Subway as well and now I know why. I don't feel I was out of line asking him to wash his hands. What happened to having a food safe handlers certificate before your allowed to handle food?? Maybe it doesn't exist at this Subway but I will never eat there again!
And note, the two gals making the sandwiches had gloves on. This fellow handling cash and wrapping did not.

Subway is putting less and less in their subs. Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub you have to eat through half the sun before you have a bite of chicken. I told the person that I wanted not toasted and the chicken not heated, she tried to convince me I should have the chicken heated. Since when can we not order the sub the way we prey it? Almost $9 for a six inch sun and barely anything in it. I love the subs but very disappointed how stingy they are getting.

Ordered a plain ham sub for my kid (just ham and cheese) then they cut the sub with a dirty knife that had meatball sauce all over it. I tried to stop them but they just went ahead like it's normal using dirty knives. GROSS
Ordered a club for myself and had burnt bacon put on it. It was so badly burnt that it turned into black crumbles as soon as I picked up the sandwich.
This Barrie location has gotten really bad since new ownership.
Won't be back

I ordered a veggie bowl - what a bad experience and a waste of money.
The bowl was MAYBE half full and it was pretty much tasteless. Stick to the sandwich - way better value for your money.

Tried the rice bowl after seeing the tv commercials. Will not buy in future as there was more vegetables than rice. Stay with the subs for best value for your money.

@subwaycanada stores need to hire staff who take “PRIDE” in their work…this is disgusting! I ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl and got a pile of food slopped into a cardboard takeout container with all the cold veggies on the bottom buried under all the hot stuff.
Perhaps a sandwich making class would be helpful too as most employees pile everything in the center on those as well

This evening my wife placed an online order for a Southwest Steak rice bowl that was supposed to have a scoop of avocado but it did not. She was extremely disappointed to find no avocado that she loves. Mary was the person who filled the order here in Varsity in Calgary. Seems to me avocado is an essential ingredient in the bowl, does Subway not train its staff adequately? Is Mary new? Naveet who we spoke with on the phone told us not to worry, next time we go there we will get 2 scoops of avocado. Really? What makes you think we will return to that or any other Subway? Is that how Subway deals with staff errors? Double up on the next order? Pathetic. This Varsity branch is not recommended.

Why the hell doesn’t Subway pay it’s trainees?
It isn’t legal in Canada to not pay your trainees. Don’t you know that exploiters?

So I'm from dundalk Ontario and as we all intake this comic pandemic so seriously I want to say that your employee Andrea is one of the most respect people I've encountered will under high risk and Lind up her posture and her work ethics are so appropriated she never had a bad attitude and she works 6 days a week stand by one of the best and up most respect make the subway industry a very warm and comfortable place in Shelbourne she is a amazing person in all ways possible I visit this location alot and never get disappointed by her ethic ways to promote the value of subway and cheers people up to keep everyone calm while she works so fast and manages to stay calm and delightful I want to thank the management for let me incouter such a beautiful soul in the pandemic we all are at risk and very inpatient this kind of hospitality is need everywhere but it's so hard to find pure genuine hard working employees that don't just work for the money but that enjoy making the difference for not only the name of there work but to make what is so easy to ignore and that's to insure everyone matters even if costumers are harsh and disturbing aswell as ignorant toward the employee subway you need to give Andrea a warm and thankful insurance for being a great employee and making the name of subway the way it should always be she deserve a certificate of employee of the month and or even a promotion for making subway and the customer comfortable and for her enthusiastic abilities because she is well needed and doesn't let up she is always prompt and ready with a warm welcome manners are so appropriated and how clean she keeps her stations under high value pressure I've worked in alot of kitchen under professional chefs this lady has nothing better then a beautiful soul and trust me when I say I will not visit anywhere for take out do to the fact I found my home where I feel I'm uplifted and bin treated with nothing more then the most respect thank you Andrea for being so kind to everyone and I hope the best for your future with subway u deserve all the best results do to how kind and genuine you are God bless you thanks so much once again

I just filled a very large order at the Baie D'urfe Quebec subway. Patel was super efficient and very helpful with menu decisions...and carrying it all to the car!

Honest, Helpful, and Constructive

Andrea is a fantastic worker we all ways stop here because of her she’s fast and makes our subs perfect every time.

Good vibes ordering and the team here makes a great footlong sandwich, always to order.Service was fast and the food was decent.

Since covid started this place has been very cheap when it comes to ingredients especially from services such as Uber/Skip/Dash I requested double meat ended up getting the default amount this happened more than once.

This is called scamming customers I have reached out to cooperate office with no response I would appear as if the company is giving the green light to all subways to go cheap.

I've been a Subway customer for over 15 years and now it's time to say goodbye there are so many better options sorry but not paying 12$ for a sub with 1 baby layer of meat and vegetables that's a complete scam!

My suggestion: this place is too expensive for what you're actually getting and there's no point in paying for extras because they won't give them to you unless you're there in person instead of using Uber as i said there are many places selling giant subs with real ingredients for less than 10$ and don't even get me started with their meatball sub my god it's disgusting!

Your TV ads are nothing short of criminal. How dare you try to make your company sound like they are first responders, or some kind of heroes. It is not only the whiniest commercial since Sarah McLachlan tried to save homeless dogs, you have the nerve to claim " We are here for you ".  No you aren't. You are here for yourself to make money. As for doing things for my community, I have NEVER seen any example of that. Your commercial makes me want to go to my nearest Subway and punch the owner in the head, not spend my money. It will be a frosty day in hell I ever patronize another Subway. You suck!!!

Getting better in vegeterian food quality and fantastic customer care service! What a memorable experience at one of the GTA's subway during a short visit!

World is now turning vege....To be on the top and remain there, please do provide more promising vege options!

I have always loved subway ever since I was little.

They still have my favorite sub on the menu.
