Eerst kreeg ik standaard antwoord maar met beetje doorvragen begreep Sophie de situatie en heeft daarna geweldig geholpen. Zoals het hoort, net even iets verder meedenken, met als restaat dat ik letterlijk de volgende dag alles in huis had wat ik wilde hebben met de fijne actie prijzen. Zij verdient standaard opslag!

Boxer Shorts Suitable

Habe Boxer Shorts bestellt, die laut Webseite schlank geschnitten sein sollen.

Es sind die absolut weitesten Boxer Shorts, die ich jemals gesehen haben.

Und das SAHNEHÄUBCHEN:

Ich darf sie nicht umtauschen.... aus hygienischen Gründen.

Obwohl ich von -5- Boxer Shorts nur eine ausgepackt und natürlich nur mit einer Unterhose darunter anprobiert habe.

So macht man Geschäfte. Allerdings nur einmal mit mir!

Auf unserer Website wird angegeben, dass dieses Modell eine Modern-Fit-Passform hat. Zudem besteht die Boxer aus 100 % Baumwolle und enthält keinen Stretch, was sich tatsächlich anders anfühlen kann. Unsere aufrichtige Entschuldigung, dass Sie dies so erlebt haben.

Was den Umtausch und die Rückgabe von Unterwäsche betrifft, halten wir – wie auf der Produktseite beschrieben – aus hygienischen Gründen strikte Richtlinien ein. Dies ist selbstverständlich nie persönlich gemeint, sondern dient der Produktsicherheit für all unsere Kunden. Wir verstehen jedoch sehr gut, dass dies in Ihrer Situation enttäuschend sein kann.

Return postage rip=off

I ordered a couple of pairs of trouser online in two different sizes to check which would fit me. Unfortunately, neither did, and they didn't have the correct size in stock. However, when I went to return them, I was charged GBP 14.95 postage. An absolute rip off, do not shop with this store!

thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with returning the trousers has left you feeling disappointed.

Because we don’t offer free returns, we work with an external partner to keep the cost of a return label as low as possible. For the UK this fee is currently £14.95. After registering your return on our website, you’re redirected to our partner, where the label can be purchased and all required customs formalities are handled. With this service, return parcels usually reach our warehouse within three to four working days. This information is also listed on our Returns page and in our FAQ.

We understand that this can still feel frustrating, and it’s certainly not our intention to leave you with that impression. If you have any further questions about the process, please feel free to reach out to us.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Die Jacke ist im Farbton genau wie abgebildet und ist gut verarbeitet. Die Passform ist am unteren Bündchen etwas eng.

Suitable offers excellent clothing at…

Suitable offers excellent clothing at reasonable prices. I always succeed in finding something new that really suits me.
Three stars why? the courtesy of the client service department was off today. When I asked about the status of my order and delivery we found out that for some reason the package was sent to a general pick up point, where this in the past was always delivered to my house address. When I tried to discuss this, the service person kept repeating that this was an initial choice I made and not her fault. My inquiry then turned to a compliant after which she said she would come back to me and hung up the phone without saying good bye. I find it common courtesy to say good bye to anyone, even when a call doesn't go as planned or hoped. Same for me!

To me, this is very rude.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE VOL 50€

WARNING: SCAM!!! I placed an order on October 26th for €450 and was eager to receive the package as it was for my partner's birthday. But on October 30th, I received a very unpleasant surprise: I was told my order had been returned and that I would be refunded. I called customer service and received no explanation; they didn't know why my package couldn't be delivered, but told me not to worry, I would be reimbursed. Very disappointed not to have received my package, oh well, I'll find another gift. However, the unpleasant surprises continued this morning when I discovered the refund, not for €450 but only €400... I've been quietly robbed of €50 in addition to not receiving my long-awaited order... I should have been compensated for my disappointment and the time I wasted, but instead, I've been robbed of €50! Of course, customer service is in English, so it's very difficult to make myself understood... But I'll keep calling until I get my money back!! The least they could do is compensate me for my loss, but this website doesn't seem very reliable...

As discussed, your order was mistakenly processed as a return, which should not have happened. The missing amount of €50 was already refunded last Friday, so your full payment has now been returned to you.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused, especially since it involved a birthday gift. We hope this matter is now fully resolved to your satisfaction.

Malheureusement, à cause de ce malentendu, nous n’avons pas pu assurer la livraison à temps. Waardeloos!

Waardeloos.
Een jas besteld maar op tijd volgens aanwijzing Suitable geannuleerd. Zou geen probleem zijn, aankoopbedrag komt binnen enkele dagen terug.
Toen kreeg ik ineens een pet thuisgestuurd, nooit om gevraagd. Hebben ze foutief opgestuurd. Nu moet ik eerst de pet terugsturen voordat ik de 360,- euro voor de jas terug krijg. Communicatie vanuit klantenservice is onduidelijk.
Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en koop niet bij Suitable!

Dankjewel voor het plaatsen van je review.
Wat ontzettend jammer dat de annulering niet goed is verlopen en dat dit de nodige frustratie heeft veroorzaakt.
We hebben je zojuist geprobeerd te bellen om dit persoonlijk met je te bespreken.
De annulering van je aankoop hebben we afgelopen vrijdag correct en op tijd ontvangen. Door een technisch probleem met de gratis pet, die je bij ons ontvangt bij een minimale besteding van €150, heeft de order helaas niet de juiste annuleringsstatus gekregen.
Het bedrag is vandaag (dinsdag) aan je teruggestort. De pet mag je uiteraard houden.
Onze oprechte excuses voor de verwarring, en hopelijk kunnen we nog even persoonlijk contact hebben om dit samen goed af te sluiten.
