We originally rated as 5 stars. Not long after submitting the review we were sent a bill for damages to the apartment, at the absolute end of the period of time the bill could be submitted. I stand by my original review in that the apartment was very clean and well furnished and Suite Homes was accommodating and responsive. However, the apartment complex management was a bit of a mess. We were given the wrong entry code and were almost locked out of the complex upon arriving. We were given the wrong garage door opener and had access to someone else’s property until they exchanged it. There was no mailbox key. Our dog’s names and info was wrong in their system and even though we had them DNA tested the day after we arrived, we were told weeks later that we had never brought them in. All of this was fine, we’re not fussy people and I’m very forgiving. However, we passed off some damage to the apartment as normal wear and tear. Minor things that didn’t bother us in the least - I mean, you’re renting the place temporarily, not finding a forever home. What we didn’t realize is that the lapses in complex management extended to their inspection team - they never inspected the apartment after the previous tenants vacated - and they pinned every bit of it on us at the last possible minute. We notified Suite Homes of this and encouraged they review their expectations of the management of the complexes. We had to pay the bill. So, while I still recommend Suite Homes, I also recommend nitpicking every single thing in the apartment, demanding resolution, to perfection. Because even though you may want to just go about your business and live amicably in your apartment without being that tenant that makes things difficult, you need to be difficult to cover yourself.

Great apartment! It was clean and had plenty of dishes, towels, etc. We were very comfortable during our stay. The Suite Homes staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency and needed a unit within a day . Suite Home stepped up and we got it done . They worked on it over a weekend and we got it done . Suite Home your the best . We got a unit at 8 E Huron , great building and great unit

Excellent services from sales department to access the apartment. Location was awesome near to the Loop and other great places. The doorman service was polite in every time. I liked the Gym as well.
Definitely recommended if you need to spend a couple of days/ weeks for job or just traveling to Chicago. I liked the cosy Sweet Home studio!😊🙏

The customer service exceeded my expectations, they were extremely accommodating. The property we stayed at was clean, fully furnished and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

We had an excellent experience with the people at Suite Home Chicago. They were very friendly, professional and responsive. We needed to rent a fully-furnished apartment in Vernon Hills, IL for a 1-month stay. Unlike other operators, the team at Suite Home Chicago was flexible and agreeable to accommodate our request for the short lease term. Other operators' minimum was for 2-6 months, or longer. The apartment was delivered to us in excellent condition, totally furnished and equipped with everything we needed, and more. Matthew had told us, "All you'll need to bring is your toothbrush." That was no joke. In addition to the furnishings, towels and linens, kitchenware and appliances, they provided Welcome kits with fruit, drinks, snacks, toiletries and more. The apartment smelled clean and fresh. Thorough COVID-19 wipe down and protections had been performed. The only items missing were a hair dryer and a food blender. When we contacted Suite Home Chicago, they rushed the items to us within 24 hours. Excellent service. Excellent documentation and information about the apartment, amenities and other helpful tips about the area.

It has been a great experience from the start. I was apprehensive moving from a 12000 sq ft home to a temporary 1000 sq ft apartment. Not only is very tastefully decorated but every thing you would need is there. The building is only 4 floors plus lower l
evel garage. Very comfortable. Staff is very quick to respond to any questions.

I do enjoy working with the staff, friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but we were not happy with the apartment itself. It was too close to the train station. Trains were passing by at all hours of the night.

In years past we had weekly maid service. This year we had no service the entire time we stayed in Glenview.

During the peak of the pandemic, I worked in a hospital in Boston and needed a place to quarantine for two weeks weekend I came back home to Chicago. Suite Home Chicago has been so helpful throughout this whole process! The furnished apartment was in a fabulous location in West Loop but more importantly, the whole unit was spacious and very cozy. I have recommended this company to all of my friends regardless of needing to be quarantined or not.

Suite Home staff is great to work with, any concerns/questions always addressed quickly. The unit itself is very clean & fully stocked. Extras like umbrellas, throw blankets, laundry baskets & plenty of hangers is greatly appreciated.

Suite Home Chicago provided my wife, cat and I an incredible apartment downtown with an amazing view of the city. The service they provide before and during the rental is impeccable! We can't wait for our next trip to experience them again.

Since the beginning this partnership has been nothing but amazing, easy, and seamless. Suite Home has become our go to for accommodations for our Talent from our Photography Studio. The process to book is simple, Check-in is a breeze for the guest and same goes for check out, and billing is seamless as well. You guys have knocked out the competition for us that's for sure! They even provide local goodies for the guest that helps seal the deal even more on top of the prime locations with on point finishes. You guys rock and keep up the great work!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Amli Evanston vía Suite Home. Our two bedroom/ two bathroom corporate apartment was ideal. Fully equipped and furnished with a good internet connection and excellent security in the building. The rooftop was an unexpected pleasure , we grilled steaks a couple of evenings, and we just enjoyed sitting in the comfortable lounge chairs reading and chatting. Suite home was quick to respond to our requests and made our stay in Evanston a fun one. We are ready for our next stay at the Amli via suite Home and highly recommend it.

Great service. The spacious, comfortable apartment was in nearly new condition and perfectly outfitted with essentials in the kitchen. From my very first phone call, the staff have provided excellent customer service and assistance. I was making a move to a new job in a new city, and the ease of the arrangement was one less stressor. Right away, I felt at home -- I mean suite home!

Suite Home was very easy to work with. I was supported when I needed to move from one furnished apartment to another. My only minor complaint would be that the rug in the second apartment was quite dirty and stained. All other support was well done and furnishings were in good shape.

Suite Home Chicago is a diamond in the rough. I say that because it is not the easiest to find corporate furnished housing in the Chicago area. I am so happy we found them because they have been nothing short of amazing. They treat those they encounter with the utmost respect and courtesy. They are efficient and thorough to the point where they will not stop until the job is done and all possible avenues are addressed. With any housing experience, comes stressful situations. However, with Suite Home Chicago, they made sure mine was great. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a space in the area.
