Loved this little rug...well made, unusual and oh so cute!!

Beautiful rug that arrived right on time.

I had a very good experience with Sukhi. The estimated production time for my rug was 12 weeks but after reading the reviews here I already planned for a little more so was not too disappointed when it took 18 weeks in the end. The customer service was very responsive and helpful. I live in Israel and had to pay import tax in order to have the rug released from customs - after emailing Sukhi support about this I was very quickly reimbursed.

The quality of the rug (Indian handknotted wool carpet in my case) is amazing and it looks at least as nice as on the website. I am completely satisfied with the product.

The rug was delivered via FedEx who also did a good job and provided good service.

Sukshi rugs. They are warm and cozy - you just need to lie down on them. Plus the floor looks beautiful with them. I just love sukshi rugs.

The customer service at Sukhi is amazing. I was kept updated of my order the whole way, and when it arrived it was perfect! I love the ethical ethos behind the brand, and will definately be ordering again. The rug I got was the round felt ball one and it came with a lovely handwritten note from its maker in Nepal. Its really supportive for little toddler feet, as well as being soft.

Nous sommes ravis par notre achat : un tapis fait main, finition impeccable. Toutes les infos du site étaient claires et pour la livraison, les délais ont été respectés et le tapis a été livré dans un excellent état. Seul bémol : la livraison a eu lieu alors que le site du transporteur n'indiquait pas encore qu'on en était à ce stade. Donc nous n'étions pas présents et le lendemain, c'est par chance que mon mari était là (livraison le matin, alors qu'annoncée fin de journée). Quand on fait un tel achat sur le net, il y a toujours la crainte que la réalité ne soit pas au niveau des attentes (les photos peuvent être trompeuses). Ce ne fut pas du tout le cas : nous sommes vraiment contents et recommandons sans réserve Sukhi.

I didn’t dare to dream that finding the rug of my dreams could be so easy! Just 5 weeks after ordering from Sukhi it was delivered and it‘s beautiful. I have been looking for that kind of rug (the traditional Kadhija with its diamond pattern) for such a long time. It reminds me that sometimes it’s worth to wait instead of settling for a compromise. Even now 5 months later, I‘m happy to look at it, walk over it or just sit on it because it’s so beautiful and comfortable.

Love, love, love my Sukhi Aarush rug! I was nervous to make this purchase online without seeing a sample of the rug in person, but I am completely happy with the rug I got!

Very efficient company, order went through without any problems.
Only thing they could improve: after 2 months of waiting time for my beautiful carpet they never informed me of anything (how long it will still take for example).
Plus they didn't fill out the customs paper well enough, so costums had to call me and I had to send them three or for details.
But, in the end, everything turned out fine and we love the carpet...

I was hesitant to purchase this rug because it is significantly more than I have ever spent on such an item before. That said, it is worth every penny and then some! The colour is fantastic and the plush depth of the feel underfoot is as well. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
