I have the Jazz felt ball rug made in Nepal. I have to say that the color is even prettier than I expected. We love the feel of the rug - so soft and comfortable to stand on.

I am an artisan myself and I fully appreciate all the hard work that went into making the rug. The craftsmanship is outstanding.

Ordered already two felt ball rugs. Both delivered in quite short time (considering they are custom build by hand).

Receiving a packet from Kathmandu is an emotion per se.

It was really lovely to see hand writing signature on beautiful carpet. I’m really in love with the texture and colors. Thank you!

I PLACED MY ORDER AT THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST 2017. IT IS NOW JANUARY 2018 (5 MONTHS LATER) AND THE RUG IS NOT HERE. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM EVERY TWO WEEKS OR SO AFTER MY DELIVERY DATE CAME AND WENT BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY ORDER IS. THE FIRST FEW TIMES THEY RESPONDED AND SAID THEY WERE SORRY THAT THE RUG WAS NEVER MADE. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET ME TRACKING INFORMATION AT SOME POINT (WITHOUT A TIMELINE OR ESTIMATE). NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING AND WHEN I CONTACT THEM ON CHAT THEY IGNORE ME AND THEY USE AN AUTOMATIC REPLY SAYING TO CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL. SO INCOMPETENT I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD.

BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONTROL OVER ORDERS AND NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Disappointing - I ordered a lovely rug (aud $1200) and 14 weeks later I have no word on its arrival date.

Customer help is noncommittal and vague with the last response being that the ceo is getting married and he'll get in touch once his honeymoon is over. I'm really disappointed and think this is very unprofessional and not acceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have had on my second Sukhi order. I paid €1000 18 1/2 weeks ago, and have no confirmation as to when I should receive my order. Delivery was supposed to be within about 6 weeks, and I get fobbed off each week being told it will despatch "next week". I am very upset and cannot get a reasonable answer from anyone in Sukhi.

Communication could be better...received no confirmation of my payment and order and it took a while before they had send it to me. After that all went well.

The good: my friend received the item we ordered for her in good shape.
The bad: We paid 20 Euro for what was essentially a pot holder (not a rug): very overpriced.
Overall: good product but not worth the money.
