I am 74. Before joining you I was not able to walk to properly and I was getting my breath heaving when I in slop or stair case but now weight is also reduce from 94 to 89 .I walk straight and able to open shutter.

It's very good experience.Sumit sir explain everything very nicely.meditation give me very peaceful mind

**Shavasna helping us in muscles healing..during the silence I am able to do sm intro inspection..it's a strength helping me to realise the obstacles n the ways to get the freedom.
I have realised the biggest challenge in my life from which I am running away is about the learning of all financial matters ,whether it's about monthly bill payments or different ways of savings .Bcz my husband is managing everything very well I am not finding myself capable to learn about them ....But Now i will try once again as it is one of the important aspect of our life.
Thnx for helping me to take this decision now which I was postponing since long.

Mera ye sankalp hai ki by 25.6.2024, meri life 360 degree change ho gai hai. Saari weaknesses, fears and anxiety finish ho kar, success mein convert ho gai hain. Physically, mentally and spiritually. In one year I have Super healthy Mountain fit body and mind.

My top 3 learnings from today's session:
1. "I completely surrender to the universe and to the group energy" Mere peeche 100 log hain.
2. My sankalp that I will grow grow and grow like a banyan tree.
3. Regularity, Repetition, Rhythm

Sometimes I get myself lost in it.Today what I experience is people never learn anything by being told, they have to find out for themselves.

Thank you Sumit Sir for all the life lessons you are spreading. I have been suffering from Fear/Trauma since childhood, neck pain, some kindey major issues. Now I have a faith/belief in myself, I am gonna heal those blockage of my life soon. You have a huge impact in my life. I am working towards to live an exceptional life. Life is a journey and Now I decided to enjoy and live every moment of my life. Thank you so much again. May you live long happy and properous life.

Today session is wonderful. I felt so light and more energetic.
1) Learn on how to overcome obstacles in life.
2) Learn on how to achieve any goal when setbacks comes into the way.

What i learnt today from case study is that you should never give up, work hard to be best in whatever field i am in. Regularity, Repeatability and Rhythm is very important. The Rhythm which is consistency part is critical in anything we do. Don't put your energy in what bad happened in the past have confidence that best things will happen and do your best.

Namaste Sumitji.I have completed my 21 days challenge.But in-between I met with an accident on 14th May '23.My left hand upper arm bone got fractured.Suprisingly I never got worried about my condition.I was very much sure about my recovery.Through out this phase Sumitji's session kept me motivated to heal faster.I am recovering faster with my positive mindset and confidence.I am experiencing great change in my thought process.Thank you Sumitji for brining this miraculous change in my innerself.

1. My earlier Tanent is leaving my flat on rent as he has been transferred to some other place. Since my job posting is very far from the place of my flat it is difficult to manage a new Tanent. But to my surprise, I got connected with a new Tanent who is ready and willing to take my flat on rent immediately just after it is vacant. Accordingly, he paid the advance amount and confirmed the booking. Moreover, he is offering more rent than the previous one. This was so magical to me, and this has happened only because of money manifestation.

It was a divine experience... And made me believe that miracles do happen. I hav removed my dark circles to a great extent for wi h I tried for years.

The peace of mind n painless body what everyone can seek here for and is blessed with as well, only condition is not to use the brain but follow step by step. A teacher who teaches how to go on a journey of self realisation with great ease.

Sir with the help of your small techniques I feel changes in my body , mind and moreover in my soul. I feel strength in my back . Reduce stiffness and swelling in my body. Increase flexibility in my body. I can sit now in vajarasan. Also sit straight without support for meditation. I am relaxed, calm . Group meditation is very powerful.I feel my direct connection to God. You teach me proper way of breathing which help me to clear my cough and increase strength in my lungs so that I can climb stairs without running out of breath.Thanku so much Gratitude 🙏

Namaste Sumit ji. This is about the changes I experienced after following the 21 days challenge course. I completed it on 21st May 2023 & am doing it daily.
1. I was having acid reflux problem. I would wake up around 1 am & feel uncomfortable & this disturbed my sleep. After following this routine I have got relief & am now getting good sleep.
2. I would get muscle spasm in lower legs especially at night & have now got relief from this also.
3. My skin is appearing smoother.
4. My overthinking has reduced & I am feeling calmer now.
These are few changes which I experienced.

Sumit jee is a great magician.He has capacity to turn life to any body came in contact.He bears unparellel personality.He made dance to persons more elder to him.He gave hope in many lives .I salute him.

Unexpected experience/Results I got during retreat period 08.06.23 to 11.06.23.
1. Impossible tasks I have completed successfully during this period i.e. Treking, Shankh prakshalan, Jal niti and many more.
2. My body becomes so healthy that all pains disappeared from my body and painless life I am enjoying now.
3. I got such unexpected results which I even could not expect in my dream This was only possible due to effective teaching of my beloved Sumit Sir and Group Energy. From my bottom of heart I extend sincere thanks to Sumit Sir .

Jim Corbett Retreat- A Surreal Experience

I am totally in love with the experience i had in this retreat.

My basic learning from this retreat are

Firstly, it was my first time travelling without my family which is something new to me. So i learned to value my self too.
Secondly the group energy...i just can't express how incredible it was.. performing every activity together gave me so much high vibrations...also we learned to share as we were sharing room with unknown people but the immense amount of love and affection we got there was just out of the world..no one could ever believe that each and every person is meeting for the very first time.
The river meditation was one of its kind of experience...nature has the capacity to heal everything..we just need to awake the consciousness inside us to utilise it fully. It was something surreal.
We learned to be more disciplined as we have to follow certain sleep routine and early morning wake up ... So all in all it was a truly magical and devine experience and i would recommend that every single person should join such retreats..it is totally a game changer. Last but not the least..i got to have so many friends there which is also a blessing.
