A great service from start to finish.
The two Johns had a look at what was needed, were Professional, friendly and informative.
The fitters Craig and Gary were professional, friendly, respectful of the property, did a great job and tidied up.
Overall really professional business, whole team were timely.
Most importantly I’m over the moon with my windows and would recommend Summerfield Windows & Doors

Fantastic company to deal with. Right from first contact, they were timely, friendly and informative, and the attention to detail was superb. The owners(Father & Son, both called John), carried out an initial consultation and measured the windows & door being replaced. Fitters arrived next day, to re-measure, and the costings arrived that evening. My order was placed and a date that suited me, was set for fitting. John contacted me the day before fitting to reconfirm. Fitters arrived at the arranged time, and worked tirelessly the whole day. They too were friendly and respectful of the property, and were perfectionists in their work. They tidied up, swept everywhere, took all rubbish away. All in, the service was fantastic and I’m glad I chose them over the other companies that quoted for me. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Summerfield Windows.

Both John's came to look at what I needed when they said they would, quote received really quickly. Date provided for fitting and I was kept updated throughout. Both Craig's arrived on day stated and the following morning and cleaned everything up when finished. Delighted with French doors and windows, both John's came to inspect on completion and a couple snagging things were completely addressed the following day. Really professional business and so refreshing to have a business that keeps in contact with the customer with regular updates and ensuring I was happy with the job. John and colleagues have just been amazing from start to finish. First fitting my pvc doors and now my window and each job has been done so profesionally and the lads that done each job were so friendly and even went above and beyond when asked.

We ordered a new back door a few weeks ago from Summerfield Windows and Doors, and were delighted when they said it could be installed before Christmas.
True to their promise, our door was fitted at the weekend and we are more than happy.
We received regular updates on our order and the team were very friendly and accommodating.

They explained the process of the work from start to finish, so not kept in the dark.
Gave me demonstration on how the windows work; opening, closing and locking up.
They demonstrated excellent qualities such as; honesty, fairness & seriousness - Kept the promise to complete work on one day, instead of spreading themselves over two or more jobs, doing a little here and there with buckets of excuses of the need to halt work and return few hours or a day later.
Being a victim of 'not fit for purpose jobs' they assured me from time to time that they will do a good job, and they did!
The team; John senior and junior showed me much kindness and empathy by offering me a lift twice to my destination. The second time, John held my arm and walked at my pace; very slowly, to his car as the ground was slippery with snow.
They were punctual at all times.
No pulling of punches when told them I prefer to make payment through the bank - work completed on Saturday, but payment made on following Monday. How patient and agreeable they are! God bless them. I shouldn't forget this; they are no bullies. On the contrary, these men are friendly; approachable and caring.
They were focused on their work and at same time, able to chat about ordinary things of life! To borrow the Ghanaian term, I say the two John are; truly human-beings!
John & John are models of excellent tradesmen.
I could go on and on and on, but for the purpose of this piece, I will end here, wishing them all the best in all the good work they do.

My experience of the company they listen to what I wanted didn't rush me and put over there knowledge of what to look for in a new front door nothing was a hassle kept me updated on when the door was being fitted old door out and new one in with no complaints did all the tidying up to a great standard and I will definitely use this company again in the future and would definitely recommend them 👌👌

I would highly recommend summerfield windows and doors. From the very beginning John was on hand to answer any questions that I had. John gave great advice and helped me pick windows which suited me the best. John offered support and was there to assist in any way he could. There was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics. Summerfield provided one of the best quotes I had and were able to schedule the fitting in very quickly. All appointments were met on time and the fitters did a brilliant job. They even hoovered and swept the close after themselves! I would highly recommend this company for anyone who isn't sure or who needs a little advice whilst knowing they won't be pressured into something. Thanks again all involved to make this a smooth process. Job for 4 windows completed on 09/12/23.

The staff were great and communicated efficiently with me. They installed the windows fairly quickly and it was an overall good experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone lloking for new window or door installations.

John and his son did an excellent job doing essential repairs to our windows and doors. Even insisted on repairing our front door when he noticed it had some loose screws for no extra cost. The bill was incredibly reasonable too. John got back to me instantly, arranging a visit and was super quick coming back to us with a quote. Can’t recommend highly enough! Very chuffed 😊
