I visited the show site to have a look around and was assisted by a lady, was given brochures and quoted a price of some products by email. The company was not pushy one bit, but did follow up with emails to see if i needed anymore information or help. This was a present for my parents and they had quiet a few questions before they purchased and after they purchased, but nothing was too much trouble and we was always made time for.

I purchased a baruda 53, which arrived earlier than expected. The installers were very polite and shuck hands and introduced thereselves. The guys went through all aspects of the cabin after the build and how things work and what we need to do after to maintain it.

We had a slight issue with the doors which we reported straight away and it was actioned and sorted immediatly.

Since the build, summerhouses unlimed have emailed a couple of accasions to see if everything is ok, which i think is nice and it gives you trust in the company.

Overall, dealing with summerhouses unlimited was a very easy process, a great product, good service and even the after sales.

Would highly reccomend this company and thank you for the service.

We contacted Summerhouses Unlimited after reading some great reviews, I initially spoke to Neville who I later found out was the owner.
We then went to their showsite in Lincoln, where we met Shaz, who showed us around where there are many cabins/Summerhouses to view, but to add there are so many different styles available.
We found the one we wanted and was given a rough quote followed by a more detailed quote by email, we were happy with the price and ordered within a couple of days.
At the time it was about a 5/6 week lead time for delivery and installation, Kim kept us informed of delivery and install time. Then Gavin, Callum and Kieron arrived exactly when they said they would to start the build, we could not be more impressed by there polite and professional attitude, we are very pleased with the Domeo 6, it's very spacious and we are using it quite a lot.
Overall We would highly recommend Summerhouses Unlimited as a company and all the staff we met and spoke to.

We had purchased two cabins from Summerhouses Unlimited over the last two years, a Barbados Mini which is a beautiful cabin with decking in front of it and a Charnwood to replaced our old shed. The services we received when purchasing these cabins were exceptional from start to finish. Just recently we wanted to do something to our patio area which was a patch of lawn so we thought be good idea to have decking to match with the other decking outside the Barbados mini so we went to see Kim and Neville, got the quote within couple days and went ahead, the installation was completed within couple weeks after placing the order and it look absolutely amazing. We love the extended decking it blends in well with the cabins.

Thank you Neville, Kim and Shaz in the office and the brilliant and hard working installation team Gavin, Callum and Kieran who have been outstanding as always. All works do professionally.

Great service start to end. Very happy with my new Garden Room . Materials and build quality are excellent. Installed in a day and a half by a polite and efficient team. Competitive prices compared to other garden room suppliers, including reasonable costs for optional extras like painting.

My wife and I visited the Summerhouses Unlimited showroom on March 10th as our old cabin was desperately in need of replacement. As of today 28th March in under 3 weeks we have a new beautiful Sussex 1 Summerhouse installed and painted! That doesn't tell the full story. We needed to alter the adjoining shed base as this and the old summerhouse was sat on a rotting decking. Neville and Gavin assessed the situation with us; came up with a solution and a few days later the work began to resolve the problem. A completely professional job from start to finish and Gavin and his lads are an excellent, polite and hard working team. Now just waiting for the decking and some sunshine. Thanks Neville and Kim for a most professional, hassle free and really fast all round pleasant experience. We thoroughly recommend Summerhouses Unlimited if you're looking for a garden building.

Had the Chameleon installed in May 2024, with the full package including painting. Almost a year on, we remain very happy with the cabin and the service provided.

Our journey with Summerhouses unlimited started around a year ago, when they took our rough sketch of what we were wanting, and finished with us having a garden office which totally exceeds our expectations.

The process was delayed due to multiple factors outside of their control (specifically relating to us obtaining planning consent), but they were there every step of the way to answer any questions that we had and provide what we needed for planning (including a re-design of the roof to account for solar panels).

When decisions needed to be made, such as colour choices, window & door options and materials to use, options were presented and recommendations were made. This made the whole process really easy and resulted in a much better end result than if we'd have been left to decide things for ourselves.

Once the cabin arrived, it was put together expertly by the team who have been outstanding (I've also never known anyone leave a site cleaner than how they found it). Their attention to detail, quality of work and attitude was excellent.

There were multiple aspects of the project which we had completely overlooked (such as how to retain soil once the ground was levelled, drainage and steps up to the building), but all of these challenges were quickly and easily resolved by Neville, Kim and the Team.

Communication at every stage of the project was great, responsiveness was first class and I have no hesitation in recommended Summerhouses Unlimited to anyone considering a garden building.

A super good shopping experience. Recall the day of shopping in the showroom with lots of cabin options. Despite my poor English language skills but they listened and explained patiently.
The next day they Kim came to my house to help and us a measure of the plan offer a summer house that is the right size. Soon the wood was delivered.

Thank you very much to the installation Gavin Team of three. Very professional, reliable, polite and clean. It only took about two days to complete. Two experienced personnel commissioned for the paint thank Pat Team , Used colors that I like Oxford Stone and Strong White. Overall, I am very satisfied with this experience looking forward to next project.

Initially I dealt with Neville and Kim to specify what we required and to price the complete job. Once agreed Gavin , Kieran and Callum came to undertake the build and I must say they were a superb team and superbly led by Gavin. When we wanted a shower room extension built alongside our existing cabin which was built by Summerhouse Unlimited we asked Neville and Kim if it would be possible. They advised us as to what would be the best way to achieve this, and we are not disappointed. The shower room looks great. As before communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage. Gavin and his team were great and very friendly and helpful and left the site tidy. Because we needed the painting done quickly, Neville and Kim arranged for Gavin and team to do this for us as their usual painters were so busy. We really can’t fault Summerhouse Unlimited at all. We came across Summerhouses Unlimited in the search for a summerhouse to use as a therapy room in our garden and have to say after visiting many places Neville and Kim were very knowledgeable and professional form the first time we met them at their showroom at Whisby. The show site is exciting to look around as its nice to actually get in some cabins to visualise the quality and space for yourself. We were very impressed and asked Kim if we could start to make some plans for a bespoke cabin, which came through for us to look at within a couple of days and with a little bit of adjustment our order was placed . We were kept well informed with delivery dates ect and everything was just as they said and on time . We had a team come out and put the base down first they were very friendly, tidy and professional, then the installation started a few days later which we couldn't fault one bit, the workmenship and team work was fantastic , Gavin ,Callum, Alex , Kieran and Neville did a brilliant job. We then had it painted inside and out by their paint team Pat and Tony who again did a brilliant job.
We are more than happy with our bespoke cabin and my clients absolutely love it too. We would highly recommend Neville and Kim at Summerhouses Unlimited, professional from start to finish . We cant wait to use them again for another cabin to relax in ourselves.

We ordered a bespoke summerhouse and as the title says, the process was seamless from start to finish. We were provided with some excellent advice and guidance as part of the decision making process and are absolutely delighted with the end product. We already have plans to order a second one and you can’t get better a better recommendation than that!!

We recently had a Mini Barbados installed from Summerhouses Unlimited for the purpose of an outside office. From start to finish, the whole team have been honest, friendly and helpful and have given useful advice along the way. We were lucky enough to have a 3 week turnaround from start to finish, with it built in almost a day and the great work from the painters afterwards.
Neville and Kim have been nothing but accomodating, and came out 6 weeks later to review how things were.

5 stars all round. We were really pleased we could purchase from a local family run business whose attention is second to none. Would highly recommend.

Everything was handled very professionally and in a friendly way, from the choosing of our Summerhouse through to the installing of it. We were kept informed of any changes to the schedule and both Neville and Kim were extremely helpful with our (many!) questions! We absolutely love our Summerhouse and have had many compliments about it, even though it isnt furnished yet, and cant wait to spend many hours enjoying it

Our experience has been one of friendly and knowledgeable advice. From purchase to installation and painting the process has been carried out in a professional manner. We are looking forward to happy times in our cabin.

The purpose of Trust Pilot is to share genuine feedback from customers about their buying and service experiences with a clear purpose to help people.

With this in mind, I should state, that I was asked to provide a positive Trust pilot review as soon as the summerhouse was erected, which I did, only to regret it later, as I would not recommend Summerhouses Unlimited.

As a novice to buying a summerhouse and what would be suitable for my needs, I was of course dependent on the salesperson, advising me. The salesperson at Summerhouses Unlimited (also the owner) didn’t qualify what budget I had, which was not restricted at all, and ended up selling me a product that we were not able to have any fixing on the wall, so that movement could be maintained. No shelving, no trunking for the electrics, nothing. There are other summerhouses that you can purchase that can have fixings on the wall, but this salesperson failed to inform me of this. Had he informed me, I would not have bought the product I did and would have been happy to pay more money for a more suitable product.

As a result, in less than 10 months, I now have a summerhouse that has warped walls, windows that let the rainwater pour in… Summerhouses did exchange the windows, but the replacements are just as bad, with the rainwater again pouring in. So much that I am now paying a local professional joiner, to fix it for me. Personally, I found the salesperson arrogant, stating to my electrical contractor “what did I expect for £3,000”.

After much correspondence and far too much negative energy wasted, I have given up with any further attempt to engage with them. I have been warned today by Summerhouses that adding any pictures or commentary on social media will be deemed as unfair, untrue and a defamatory statement against Summerhouses Unlimited. So, I have been very clear here to state only my own personal experience and the pure facts that the summerhouse I was sold, could not have any fixings and that I was not informed. Happy to share further information if required…

We had an excellent service from beginning to end.
The office and cabin display were immaculate and Kim greeted us warmly and was very helpful when we were choosing our cabin.
Kim kept us updated on the process and the staff who erected the summerhouse were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Whilst we only purchased summerhouse and not the install service, support from Summerhouses Direct was excellent. We were kept fully informed at all stages and they were happy to provide support post delivery.
The summerhouse purchased was excellent value and has proved to be one of our best investments.
