Very disappointed with the lack of response.
Very disappointed with the customer service, as I contacted Sunnamusk on several platforms as suggested regarding a refund, as I was disappointed with some of items I received online. They never responded and I am left with items I don't like the smell of.

I’ve bought Soft Paradise and I can say…
I’ve bought Soft Paradise and I can say is one of the best ouds I’ve ever had. Although, I did expect it to be quite strong but it is long lasting. It smells like cinnamon but sweeter which is my preference, and will definitely be trying night illusion or red Arab next.
