Kusadasi is an old neglected, overcrowded place, the entire region needs a massive investment in every aspect from infrastructure to hotels. Worst holiday I ever had. Hotel food was atrocious.

Dear Ms. Farrelly
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We were truly sorry to hear that your experience in Kuşadası and at your hotel did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the local infrastructure and hotel standards are valuable, and we will certainly pass them along to our partners and local tourism authorities, as continuous improvement is very important to us.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to feel that the area and services didn’t reflect the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that Turkey is known for. We genuinely hope that, despite this experience, you might consider visiting another part of Turkey in the future—there are many destinations that offer a different side to this country’s beauty, culture, and hospitality.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you much better travel experiences ahead.
Warm regards
Kathy Cashe
