Good doing business with you

The whole experience with SUP warehouse was efficient and I got what I wanted as soon as I wanted it. Great value for money and I will recommend them to everyone and go back to them for anything else I need in the future!

Scam ! Avoid at all costs !

Wow ! Where do I start !
Ordered a SUP 8 weeks ago.
Two promised delivery dates came and past.
Numerous e mails to this company (not sure it actually is a company ,more like one person behind a keyboard telling lies and stealing money).
They will first tell you they have contacted the logistics department, then the product department for an update.
When I finally called them out and demanded a refund , it magically got dispatched only for them to then come back a couple of days later to say its been lost on its way to Royal mail !!!haha.
Now the SUP is out of stock and they won't be able to complete the order for another month.
So I've asked for a refund again.
This is fast turning into a criminal case which I will have to pursue in court.
Its a very expensive life lesson thus far.
Avoid at all cost as this is clearly a scammer who really has no stock of boards .

We have a distinctive business model, where we hold stock for certain boards in both our UK and EU warehouses, enabling us to offer a diverse range of products with a quick dispatch date. Additionally, we provide boards where stock is sourced directly from suppliers, allowing us to expand our product catalog. This approach is transparently reflected in the estimated delivery dates displayed on our product pages, where stock we are not currently holding will have a longer delivery date.

While our estimated delivery dates are usually reliable, unforeseen logistical challenges can occasionally disrupt this process, as was the case with your order. Regrettably, we're unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue, but it seems likely that the board did not reach our warehouse as anticipated in the initial shipment.

To make amends, we will promptly issue a full refund to ensure you're not further inconvenienced.

Delighted with new SUP

We're delighted with our new SUP. Easy to inflate, deflate and pack away. Great size for my son who is 11, he can also fit a friend on there! Easy enough to carry in the large bag it came with, at least for shorter distances.

Ionian Teal 10'4"

We bought the Ionian Teal 10'4" board and flew with it to the Greek Islands. We ordered it only a few days before we left. It arrived very quickly and the board is excellent.

This was our second paddleboard…

This was our second paddleboard purchase from SUP warehouse so we knew pretty much what we were ordering. However, the speed and communication around the delivery inspires a great deal of confidence in this supplier.

Great boards and they turned up within…

Great boards and they turned up within a few days! The paddle board bags are very flimsy and the zip comes undone in the middle. However, customer support are on the ball, and hopefully will resolve the issue asap. other than that they service has been great.

Impeccable Service

I ordered two boards in the summer sale and had contacted the service to apply the discount conditions, which I overread in the buying process, in one of the to oders I issued. The service answered me and processed the refund the day I sent my request! Absolutely recommendable! Keep up the good work :)

This has all been resolved now and a refund has been received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I wouldn’t even give this company 1 *
They never deliver the board I ordered and paid for. There is no way of contacting this company other than via email and since I have asked for a refund as goods have not been received. There has been complete radio silence. This is a complete rip off. They have stolen my money and ruined my family holiday.

Very good value

Very good value.

I bought a SUP board from SUP warehouse I got looked at a board the was £800 in the sale for £299 I signed up to their newsletter got an extra 10% off and had another code for £50 so bought the board for just under £250. It came with everything you really need. I was going to buy one else where but glad I didn’t in the end else I would of spent £350 on one

Selling refurbished boards?

Upon taking the paddle board away to use with a very excited child, removing it from the packaging the two molded fins were clearly bent and scuffed, with a puncture repair made on the bottom of the board. I bought this as a new board not a refurbished one.

I am awaiting a response so have stared it 3 for now for them to rectify the issue. The board itself is lovely and all the accessories are spot on. Quick delivery too. Having to pay for returns is not ideal but I'm assuming I will be refunded this as it's through no fault of my own.
