Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. Order delayed as they didn't have stock but they didn't notify me. When I chased it by phone as they ignored by email the previous day they assured me it would arrive the following day. I explained it was for a Birthday gift so needed it to arrive and was told it would be fine as the stock was due in. It didn't arrive and they emailed me with no apology but to offer me an item which was £5 less expensive 'at no extra cost' as an alternative. I raised this with them which they quibbled even though I had a screen grab to prove it. I asked as compensation for poor customer service and missing a Birthday if they could send another item which cost £14 more at 'no extra cost' or refund me for that item and they chose to refund me which is fair enough but still no communication about this, no apology for the delay, lack of notification and missing the birthday. Not to mention selling items which claim to be in stock when they don't have them in stock which feels a bit misleading.
I feel really disappointed by their communication and poor customer service and wouldn't purchase from them again.
