This is an excellent product. You need to clean every few hot tubs but it is quick and effective, unlike the paper filters.
The water has remained clear, but you need to have filter on hot tub switched on.
Would absolutely recommend

Final revision - Very happy. New supa filter arrived and works as expected. We aren’t 100% on why the last one didn’t work but for anyone interested me and Mark may have narrowed it down to it becoming clogged with
a flocculant found in 4 in 1 tablets. The difficulty being once it has chemically bonded to minerals into a sludge it would be very difficult to remove from the fine supa filter mesh. Using normal chlorine and a new filter has totally solved the problem. Flow issues solved, filtration is excellent. Customer service is top notch too if you do encounter an issue.

We think it could be a fault with my mesh, new one being sent out. Mark is knowledgeable and knows his trade well and I’m sure the replacement will fix my issue.

I was really enthusiastic about the SUPA filter but I’ve not had a good experience thus far. Installed and within the first few hours got an E02 error. The thing was caked in blue clay type stuff? Anyway I’ve had to clean it a few times a day and thankfully whatever it was has stopped building up.

However it severely restricts water flow to a trickle. I’m using more electricity because the flow isn’t enough to adequately heat the pool. I’m getting E02 errors still even with a freshly rinsed and cleaned supa filter.

I had an email out the blue saying they had developed a new seal which would solve a “vacuum” problem. It hasn’t arrived yet so hoping that helps.

This is a complete overall opinion on a recent purchase with the good, bad and not so good. The heater is fantastic and has been a game changer heating our 3m x 2m pool in no time at all. Very easy to use, quiet and so far very efficient. Product arrived very quickly and well packaged. Easy to assemble, the boiler is complete unit but the trolley it sits on takes about 1.5 hours to put together. Downside is instructions in box were wrong and later found an email in junk folder with the correct instructions to follow. At this price point, do I expect the right instructions in the box,yes. Nuts and bolts etc for assembly were all labelled incorrectly. Frame that boiler sits on has been finished in 3-4 different shades of paint and some parts not finished correctly. I would expect the frame to be a consistent colour and powder coated for durability not just cheap spray paint. The boiler itself is quality, the trolley it sits on resembles something cheaply made and imported from China. Quality control and inspection prior to shipping is non existent. Received a discount for the issues and promise of defective parts being replaced which hasn't happened so the attitude is provide a bit of refund and problem goes away. Customer service is generally good but let down by not following up with promised resolution. Absolutely recommended but any slightest thing not right, return it as problem parts will not get resolved.

To be fair to the company, they promised me a full refund after my disappointment with their product, which I have received notification for. The filter obviously works, a little too well. My spa was filled with untreated tap water, which we know is very hard, so has a lot of dissolved solids. Hence the very quick fouling. So perhaps its not suited for very hard water areas. Don't know if this is the case or not. Apparently, the company have developed a modification being sent free to people. Let's see. Well done for the refund and communication.

Newly filled Lazy Spa Hawaii hot tub. No issues with error codes with the paper filter. Replaced with the Supa Filter yesterday. Every 10 minutes E02 error code. Stopped using it and put the paper filter back in and no problems. Maybe theres a fault with the product. Awaiting call from Mark in Customer Services. Lets see what happens, but at the moment I can't reccomend this product.

Edit: Fantastic customer service. Telephone calls, video calls whatsapp messages. There did not appear to be any reason why it didn't work. Mark ultimately sent out a replacement filter which arrived very quickly with the understanding that if it didn't work a full refund would be given. New filter arrived and worked and still working. Faults happen at times its how the company deals with them that defines them. Happy to give SUPA the thumbs up.

What a product, Now we can have a tub heated up at short notice (30-40mins at the moment rather that 24+hours) and economy against the electric is favorable. My wife contacted the company as could not find how to register the guarantee and had a long chat with a very nice guy she said. upside it was already all taken care off when we ordered. Setting up is easy and using a doddle and even includes a extension for the electric's and covers not only for the heater but the gas bottle too. Only down side is that i wish I had through of this being a gas heating engineer and I could have retired to my Hot tube sooner rather that working longer to pay for the electric. Unhappy nothing but error codes and had to empty hot tub after just re filling super unimpressed

It's when things have gone wrong that you can really tell whether a company deals with things properly or not. The Supa heater I had didn't work out for me for a number of reasons, but Mark and his team couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. Very impressed

First of all the ability to use our hot tub within an hour is great. Before we would have to turn on the hot tub 12 to 24 hours before planned use which didn't always happen, resulting in wasted energy. Second being able to maintain the temp after you get in is also great. No more cooling down to what feels like a tepid temp. Third this inflatable hot tub is sturdier, slightly bigger with stronger bubble flow. The cover fits tighter, preserving heat better and keeping out bugs and debris. Can't comment too much on the filter at this point. It does the job and time will tell if it lasts as long as the hot tub. You do need to remove the rubber seal in the filter cover. Otherwise the outtake hose collapses. No problems since. Lastly Mark is super committed to good customer service. He is happy to take time talking on the phone and any issues or questions have been resolved very quickly. The heater could be more stylish but is very efficient. Draining the hot tub was a bit problematic since we set up about 12 feet from a drain but resolved that with a length of corrugated plastic hose that fit snugly over outlet (was available at our garden center). I would recommend Supas products without hesitation or equivocation.

What exceptional customer service. Have had the Supa Heater about a year. Love it. It then developed a regulator issue. Mark quickly sent out a replacement. As a 69 year old, non technical lady, I was very unsure about how to fit it, so I messaged the company. I received a phone call soon after, and via a WhatsApp video call, Mark talked me right though the process of fitting it and testing it. Thank you so much. My Supa Heater is now working perfectly. Such a brilliant piece of kit and such a great company to deal with.

I have used this now for a little while and it is very good - much better than leaving the electric on.

Is it cheap to purchase? No
Is it worth the money? Absolutely 👍🏻👍🏻

Will pay for itself in no time.

This product has cut my electricity bill in half. We use our tub every week so was left permanantly on. With this heater heating the water from 15-40 degrees in 40 mins is a game changer and the tech backup is good. Mark calls you back if you leave a message. Superb product superb company to deal with

The Supa Heater is excellent. It helps us enjoy our hot tub when we want. No leaving the internal heater on all night to keep the tub hot or waiting hours to get in as it gets up to temperature. The Supa Heater is quick and cheap to use. Also the aftercare, support and troubleshooting is top drawer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mark helped with diagnosing a minor problem setting up and we immediately got the supa heater working. What a game-changer this product is, we no longer have to plan when we want a hot tub session, we just turn it on and less than 40 minutes later, we are in the hot tub. If you are thinking about getting one,just do it, it’s a fantastic thing

I`ve had my Supa Heater for around a month now and as other have said it really is a game changer

Firstly the unit came really well packaged and although there is a bit of assembly required the instructions and images are very clear and well thought out, the bags of nuts and bolts are all numbered and marked with the relevant part they are for , also a handy little bag of spares in case you lose something, it took me around 30mins to have mine put together, its worth also pointing out that the quality of materials used is very impressive, both the body of the heater and the frame are very sturdy, not sure if they are powder coated or painted but they both seem very durable. It looks commercial grade and its also really easy to move about.

On my first use, my lazy spa was sitting at 21 , its quite a big spa and holds 1100 litres but it was up to 40 in 45mins or so, I thought that was very impressive, also because of the way it heats the hot tub , taking the cold water from one corner and the hot going in the opposite corner, unlike the egg that takes in cold and pushes out warm from the same spot, I found the hot tub to be much more evenly heated and definitely stays warmer longer. Overall I think this is a fantastic product, I only wish I bought one sooner.

Also as other have said a special mention to Mark, always responded promptly to emails with good clear information and honest advice.

Absolutely brilliant experience with SUPA Heater. What a product.

It heated my Lazy Spa quickly from cold mains temperature, and this does exactly what it promises — up to 38°C in around an hour, which is seriously impressive.

What really stood out though was the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and delivery was very quick. There was a slight delay with one package due to the courier breaking down, but they kept me fully updated the whole time so it wasn’t an issue at all.

They even followed up afterwards to check everything had arrived, that I was happy with the product, and that it was working as expected — which you don’t often see.

Overall, a super great product backed by genuinely top-notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Ordered my SUPA heater which arrived on a Monday, I started to put it together the following Friday where I found the pump and other associated items were missing. I phoned SUPA and spoke with Mark, he was very apologetic. He then rang me back to say the items were out on next day delivery (Saturday) they arrived Saturday. Had it working Sunday extremely impressed great customer service!
