Totally amazing. I would definitely recommend SUPA. I ordered the supa hottub and heater. I have been a lazy spa user for years. The supa hot tub is amazing, well worth every penny.
The customer service and mark have been excellent with the few questions I had. I found the entire experience to superb.
Very easy to install and set up.
The best part that the supa tub, comes with everything you would need. So much then lazy spa..
The gas heater heats the water very quickly.

Home from pop the heater on, with 15 mins or so, it is hot enough to use.
Btw, I got the 47kg tank.

I’m so blown away with my Supa spa heater that I just bought my second one! We have tree properties with quirky outdoor baths and these are so perfect for us and actually any hot tubs! I’m totally against using chemicals and with my heater I can change the water regularly…. Heated in way less than an hour! And the customer service is outstanding! Personal and super helpful! Mark is such a genuine guy and clearly hold his customers satisfaction in high regard! Can’t wait

Brilliant piece of kit. Looked at the Supa when it first launched, but as our electricity bills shot up it was a no brainer. We now only heat when we want to use and are saving a fortune. The plus is we have also installed an outdoor shower that’s connected to the heater and is a bonus.

Great company and great customer service, just waiting for the adapter so we can use the filter as I didn’t realise it didn’t work in a built in heater unit, but they refunded the cost of the filter and we got to keep it. Thank you

The heater is brilliant,we have a 1000L hot tub and heats up from cold in under a hour and half a hour when not using for 3 or 4 days.

We bought our Supa Heater so we could do same-day changeovers in one of our holiday lets…it is brilliant…must have paid for itself within a month…Highly recommended.

First thing out the way this is an incredible product and would recommend this to anyone and everyone who enjoys their hot tub all year round.

So my experience with this is as sold by all their advertising and all their videos. It is easy to set up, heats up an entire hot tub very quickly without the hassle of having to wait for long periods of time and it's very easy to move about.

I wanted to buy this because I was frustrated with having to wait the 24 hours or so to heat my hot tub up each time I wanted to use it when I just wanted it ready to go, so with this being very easy to use and quick to heat the tub I decided to purchase this.

I have a lay z spa Mauritius which is a lot bigger than the information they provide online for some of the smaller tubs, but it still will heat this up within 1 hour to 1 hour 10 (sometimes less on the Warmer days).

Another major selling point is that even though you need to use of an extra plug and gas bottle, the money saved is a massive bonus.

I've had this for half a year and have absolutely no issues whatsoever. Also when I have had any issues with error codes it is so easy to troubleshoot too I have not even had to contact them.

This product is BRILLIANT,,Heats my hot tub up in super quick time and at a fraction of the cost of the electric heater supplied with my hot tub.
I sent Mark an email question and he answered straight away and that was a Sunday.

I don't normally leave reviews until an issue has been resolved, but I felt this one deserved writing.
I experienced an issue with my SUPA Filter and contacted the team for support. Every email was answered promptly, politely and by people who genuinely wanted to help rather than send generic responses.
Mark and Shelley kept me informed throughout, acknowledged when a replacement part hadn't arrived as expected, and quickly arranged for a replacement. When I had a question about fitting the replacement seal, they didn't just describe it, they sent a photo showing exactly where it fitted. That level of support made the installation completely clear.
I haven't yet had chance to fully test the replacement filter, so I can't comment on its long-term performance just yet. However, I can comment on the customer service, and it's been excellent from start to finish.
In a world where so many companies make you fight to get help, SUPA have been responsive, honest and genuinely helpful. Based on this experience alone, they will be my first choice when I look at upgrading to one of their gas heaters in the future.
Highly recommended for the way they look after their customers.

Brilliant for the environment and my wallet

I have now got 3 Supa Heaters and they changed how we run our glamping business,an excellent product and after sales is second to none, cannot recommend them enough 10/10

I bought this filter based on the reviews that I'd read, which were all positive and it'll save me money on replacement filters in the long run. The SUPA Filter – Reusable Hot Tub Filter was great for about 6 weeks then my Layz Spa started to show an E02 error. I cleaned the filter before and after use but the error still appeared. I've switched back to the original paper filters and I've had no issues since. The thing that concerns me is that there are several others in various groups on Facebook and other home spa forums that report the same thing. It's a great idea if only it worked. Try it at your own risk.

A fantastic well engineered piece of kit , perfect for heating our hot tub when we want to use it usually unplanned. Customer service is second to none , I had a small gas connection issue , which mark resolved the next day , highly recommended, if you use your hot tub when you want without planning or just on spur of the moment, this heater is a no brainier, be lost without mine

Filter seems to block very quickly to the point flow slows and it sounds like it struggles (i.e very annoying loudish humming noise) I thought I would give it a few weeks but it’s pointless trying relax always in/out cleaning the filter half the time it just gets taken off and a paper one put on 😞

What a top bloke mark is,I had misread the instructions a little bit ( first time I've ever read any) and mark lives reasonably local but it was a Sunday,not a problem he popped round and built it with me, cannot recommend the customer service enough and so far the tub, heater and filter are all better than expected,wash the filter more than you think you should be fine,and it's a million times better than the paper filter

This is an excellent product. You need to clean every few hot tubs but it is quick and effective, unlike the paper filters.
The water has remained clear, but you need to have filter on hot tub switched on.

Final revision - Very happy. New supa filter arrived and works as expected. We aren’t 100% on why the last one didn’t work but for anyone interested me and Mark may have narrowed it down to it becoming clogged with
a flocculant found in 4 in 1 tablets. The difficulty being once it has chemically bonded to minerals into a sludge it would be very difficult to remove from the fine supa filter mesh. Using normal chlorine and a new filter has totally solved the problem. Flow issues solved, filtration is excellent. Customer service is top notch too if you do encounter an issue.

Revised update after call with mark.

We think it could be a fault with my mesh, new one being sent out. Mark is knowledgeable and knows his trade well and I’m sure the replacement will fix my issue.

I was really enthusiastic about the SUPA filter but I’ve not had a good experience thus far. Installed and within the first few hours got an E02 error. The thing was caked in blue clay type stuff? Anyway I’ve had to clean it a few times a day and thankfully whatever it was has stopped building up.

However it severely restricts water flow to a trickle. I’m using more electricity because the flow isn’t enough to adequately heat the pool. I’m getting E02 errors still even with a freshly rinsed and cleaned supa filter.

I had an email out the blue saying they had developed a new seal which would solve a “vacuum” problem. It hasn’t arrived yet so hoping that helps.
