Great product and excellent service

Great product and excellent protection for the iPad Pro 13". You only really see how good customer service is when there’s a problem with an order. I had a minor issue, which was resolved very quickly, without any delays, and in an extremely customer-friendly manner by the Supcase support team. Highly recommended!

customer service agent quickly…

customer service agent quickly addressed my issue and replaced my defective iphone case, ore quickly than i expected. that almost never happens these days with customer service. this agent should be in line for a promotion to VP of customer service.

Supcase UB Grip for iPhone 17 Pro Max Review

I recently bought Supcase UB Grip for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I have used UAG and spigen cases in the past but I found the Supcase UB Grip to be the best. The protection it offers is superb. The sides are very grippy which helps in preventing accidental falls. The kickstand is an added advantage and it feels built to last. So I would recommend this case 100%. Only con I can think of is the weight. It adds quite a lot of weight to the phone. If you are someone who likes to keep their phone light then you can see elsewhere. Otherwise it's an amazing case.

Great Company and Products!

I love my Supcase on my iPhone 17 Pro Max.
It's very durable and protective.

The screen saver took a really hard hit and cracked. However it completely protected the screen on the iPhone.

I contacted Supcase to see if I could purchase just the screen saver part of the case.

Supcase got in touch very quickly and informed me that they do not sell just the screen protector, however they sent me a complete new case.

Customer service was great and very responsive.

I appreciate service like this and rarely do reviews.

Supcase is a great company and they will definitely get my business for future purchases.

After a year

After a year, my inner case developed a small crack. I knew the case was warranted, and I went and found where I purchased it from the Supcase directly, and my warranty had just expired. I thought I would message them, and explain what what's happening to the inner case. I was quickly replied to, asked for some information, and was told my warranty was extended for another year, and they sent me a brand new case. Now that's customer service. I only needed the inner piece, but I received the whole case. After trying others a few years ago, I quickly found that Supcase cases, really are the best.
I probably have another 6 months to a year left on my phone, before I'll purchase a new model, but I'll most likely purchase a Supcase before the phone arrives at my home. Five Star Service!
