A stress free transaction! I told the representative my problem, she told me what she needed from me. There were no outrageous demands, everything I needed was in my purchase history. I emailed it, shortly after my submission I was informed that my replacement case was on the way.

Reliable Case, Responsive Service

I had an excellent experience with SUPCASE. The product quality is exactly what I hoped for — solid construction, great protection, and a design that feels durable without being bulky. It does what it promises, and it does it well.

My holster for my iPhone 13 mini had broken. As an older person, I dislike carrying the phone in my pocket. Unfortunately, the model appears to be discontinued. I called your customer service rep who searched around and located a replacement, the price was very reasonable, and it was shipped immediately. I’m back n business now - many thanks!!

Quality wise is not very good

Quality wise is not very good. Ordered Supcase Unicorn Beetle PRO for iPad. Materials feel cheap, not worth $50+. Probably cost them $5 to produce. Just don’t expect too much and can’t compare from other good quality brands like UAG and Otterbox.

Warranty covers case NOT phone

Dropped brand new phone in brand new SUPCASE. Dropped 3 ft on hard wood floor. Back of phone SHATTERED. BE AWARE: The "warranty" covers damage to the case, NOT the phone. SUPCASE repeatedly stated they CANNOT guarantee your phone will be protected. All they will offer is to replace the case. Buy a different product and READ THE FINE PRINT!

Protecting my phones for years

I've been using Supcases to protect my Samsung phones all the way back since my S7 edge. My phones have been through daily drops and bumps and while the cases eventually look like they have been through hell and back all of my phones come out of the case still looking brand new. I bought the case for my S21 Ultra multiple times because they would eventually crack around the bezel from too many drops and my kids would usually break the kickstand, which I never used anyways. Even with all of the damage the cases incurred the phone was still held firmly in place. I could have had the cases replaced under Supcases's warranty but I always forgot about it. Buying a new case is much cheaper than repairing a phone and I have never once had a broken screen or so much as a ding on the phone. The UB Pro cases use to be my go to cases but for my S25 Ultra I decided to go with the UB Grip case. Supcase really upped there game with this case. It is a simple case with no bezel. The metal on the case adds a really nice look to the case while actually serving a purpose. The Magsafe kickstand is a lot better than the old plastic kickstand and I don't have to worry about it breaking. The integrated buttons are so much better than the old rubber buttons. They feel just like the buttons on the phone. The case does a good job of protecting the cameras without being bulky. Overall the case just feels so nice to hold and the Grip really holds up to it's name. The only thing I wish the case had was cover for the charging port. Since I only use a Magsafe charger now it would be nice to have the port covered. The iPhone version has it so I don't know why they didn't do it with the Galaxy case. I've delt with Supcase's customer service a few times and they have also been friendly and quick to respond. If you looking for a case to protect your mobile devices I highly recommend giving Supcase a shot.

The case is really nice

The case is really nice. You got that right. I've unintentionally dropped my phone several times. It appears the only issue I have is a failure in the fingerprint sensor.
Im not sure if it's the screen protector or the actual sensor. But overall the case is still beautifully and undamaged. One drop was even while hiking hitting rocks beneath me.
You made me a return customer with that one.

I've used otterbox etc in the past and there would be cracks etc still.

The phone case is awesome

The phone case is awesome. The mag wallet not so much. As a stand it works great, but it's to heavy for the magnet and comes off with minimal shakes. Also, it's to still to open while on the phone. But as a separate wallet it's ok. Pretty bulky. But again, the phone case is rock solid!

By far the best case I've ever had

By far the best case I've ever had. Its small yet durable. Feels like theres not even a case on the phone. All other phone cases are super bulky but this one is perfect!
