Great experience

Great experience, I would still be using them if they had a Minecraft service I could have switched to. I will be back for their other games however.

No support

Bad service, no support.
Spent a whole day messing around with their laggy system with no luck.
Rented with a different host and got my modded server up and running in under 2 min.

Great For Vanilla

Our experience has been great, but we run a vanilla server with no mods. They provide service through Discord, and the channel is full of people whose requests go unanswered. So if you're not planning anything complicated, this is a great service. If we decide to add mods later, we'll be migrating to a more service-minded vendor.

Clearly not customer first

Hired a server to play enshrouded with the girlfriend : Unstable servers, very high latency, unplayable in general, just no fun...

Then I tried to claim a refund, but I send the e-mail to a wrong address.

Their reaction to all this : you contacted us too late, thanks for the money, refund denied...

Honestly go elsewhere unless you like suffering

We went with this host because it was rated well. We usually use a different host, but the price here was hard to beat. The user interface is HORRID and confusing to use. FTP would be a simple fix for this, but you don't have access unless you upgrade to their top two plans. Editing server files/configs is circular and confusing to navigate (if you can even get the site to work.)

They have AI support on the site that doesn't answer your questions (if it even comes up with complete sentences) and their discord has 3 support staff so good luck getting help there.

(Editing to reply to the wonderful response: Why offer a chatbot if it's not expected to be used? Discord tickets took hours to even be looked at despite it being a recommended form of contact. A word of advice: don't accuse your dissatisfied customers of a scam and perhaps give your posts a bit of editing, because this response seems like it was written by the same AI that runs your chatbot)

Sorry to hear you didn't like it. While I respect your opinion I find it strange as the panel is something the customers love the most - it is customized for 7 Days To Die. Also, if you didn't like it - you had 7 days to ask for refund. Would that not be a better option than having to "suffer"? Likewise sending us an email makes much more sense than talking to a chatbot. Please consider removing/adjusting the rating as 1-start is not fair - I find it a proper rate for cases like e.g. scam. You just didn't like the service which is fine - it is not for you. but as it shows in reviews so many love. Thanks!

This is a great choice for affordability.

This is a great choice for affordability they had the server up in one day, easy to navigate and apply what we disired for our server i truly recommend them, i only went down 1 star due to the server is a little slow in some cases, i assume its the quality of server i had chosen as i could have paid more, i adjusted the amount of zombies always running to accommodate for this. Ill say a good A. I plan to keep the server for a while.

I have now rented 2 separate servers…

I have now rented 2 separate servers from supercraft and have been extremely happy with both of them. I started off with a 7days to die server which runs flawlessly with the 4 friends i play with. I recently rented a palworld server and while initially it started off rocky due to a poorly designed dedicated server it was quickly fixed with an update from the game devs. Once my friends and I decide to try valheim this is where we will be renting from. Top notch servers and support!

Their servers suck; wont refund.

Where do I begin?
First off, I decided to rent a Palworld server (M) from these guys because they were cheaper. Big mistake. Their UI layout was so buggy. Editing files on the FTP wouldn't save as their control panel layout would overwrite it every time. Annoying. So I had to use their control panel to edit it. Their "stop" and "start" for the server stopped working so we had to restart via updating files "Save&Exit" on their control panel. Their site and control panel takes extremely long to load and so does restarting the server whereas my new server, from a different host almost does it instantly now.

Next, Palworld did a patch update which ruined player sav's, I had to manually edit the files with python (huge headache) because this host didn't have a fix for it where other hosting companies did. Their discord staff didn't offer any support, only other players did.

Lastly,
They claim the game is to blame for the extreme lag and jittering and it's not their "servers". I do agree the game does lag and does do rubber banding at times. However, ever since I switched to a different host it's very minimal now and enjoyable, which isolates the problem to their server.

To be blunt, their servers are horrible. You're better off to shop elsewhere. Trust me, don't make the same mistake I did and waste your money on unplayable services.

On a side note, I tried to be polite and ask for a refund. Giving them a fake reason to feed into their ego of it "being the game's fault" so I didn't come off as rude. But they refused it as it was one day past (Which 80% of the time was spent trying to fix and navigate through their broken server hosting.)
The server is unplayable so I guess it's sitting there for 27 days lmao.

To put it bluntly, after purchasing a different host, I can safely say Supercraft servers are garbage aka "7D2D" servers that they use. Spend the extra dollar and save yourself the headache and wasted time and money on a reliable, playable service. The game is not that jittery when hosted on a reputable brand, it mostly is their server's fault/messing up.

You do not as you are inconsistent with your refunds and don't abide by your own terms as I see in previous responses on trust pilot. Not to mention using 7D2D servers for your services that have a 7-day refund policy.

Which is fine, as I will thoroughly be explaining and providing proper documentation to my bank. I refuse to pay for unplayable services. I will thank you though for informing me that you are a new company that has just started up this January and are riddled with "a million" different issues and that you are selective with your refunds. :)

The biggest issue was your servers lagging and being jittery and being unplayable. Support passing it off as a "game-related issue" when It wasn't. It was a server-related issue. The game bugs I could handle as I had to manually do everything to fix it. (Which no one should have to do) Other companies had this resolved ASAP without breaking the control panel, but whatever.
The bugs with the server control panel and the server itself are something entirely else. Despite it not being a new company or not, it's YOUR services you're selling and they ARE faulty. You're admitting that your system is new and has a lot of issues that need to be ironed out and that we need to be patient (like I was), so it can go past your two-day refund policy? So selling faulty services is a good thing? Don't you think this should be tested and ironed out before offering your goods and services? I saw a lot of unhappy people before leaving your support discord.

Violate them? You provided an unusable service. You technically provided false advertising and violated your own terms:

"Lightnig-fast network
Game experience free of lags ang glitches."
"Best hardware
Our services runs on Intel Xeon Silver and Gold with at least 128 GB RAM."

I got none of these. I got lag and jittering server, a broken interface, broken FTP that didn't update server files after restarts only reverting them. I played maybe 12 hours tops before constant server-related crashing and major lag spikes occurred.
You provided an illegitimate service at this point. As stated above you can deal with my bank. Fix your servers before selling them. Quit making excuses to save face and false advertising because if what I experienced was a "Lightening-Fast network free of lag and glitches" and "Best hardware" then that's just sad.

I am happy you found an option that suits you. I also appreciate the effort you put into this review - it seems it was very important for you to share this. Thanks! We started this new multi-game platform only in Jan 2024 and a few days later Palworld launch blew off... We know there are millions of things to improve and with every day we are making this better.

1) 7d2d.net has different terms and they also may change - so if you purchase on supercraft.host, the current (at the time of purchase) terms apply. You have them transparently shown.

2) I didn't state we are a new company, but that the new system at supercraft.host was launched in Jan. It is not mature at this point. Expecting that a new Early Access game with huge resource requirements will work flawlessly and despite of bugs like corrupting saves is not fair. In terms of fixing, we provided a "fixer" in UI, but it needed some patience.

3) Yes, refunds are selective based on the terms. You had accepted it and then wanted to violate it.

My first dedicated server

This was my first time buying and seting up a dedicated server (for any game and i'm getting close to my 40 - guess i never needed it).
The basic setup is super eazy (if you can buy smth from any eshop you'll manage this as well). The advanced setup (for preparing, packing and uploading locally rwg 7d2d map) was bit rough and could use improvement (more pictures or short vid showing the process of packing everything you need to have working map, for ppl that never did it like me), but even like that i managed to prepare the map on my 3rd try and the upload went without any issue. After server reboot (and world activation) it worked right away. And the performance? I think we have around 100h now and during this time i got some rubberbanding once or twice. And the pricing is friendly as well.
Cannot say anything more than recomended, 95% (-5% for those issues with examples that are not completely clear or up to date).
