I receive individual service from actual human beings. Both in selecting the products for various one-off projects and making sure the delivery goes smoothly. The products I've received have not disappointed (as have some competitor options with similar web presence names).

Absolutely fantastic experience

Absolutely fantastic experience! Since the beginning of my experience they have been so transparent and open to helping me out however they can! Shipping was so fast and free for my order everything was amazing. Everything arrived intact and and 2 days faster than intended. So happy with this experience! Would recommend to whoever needs leds or anything related to that!!!!

Better to buy local…

Just like many other customers have complained, they will *not* refund you if issues arise after payment.
I ordered a remote wish was labeled on their website as a Zigbee remote, but what I received was a RF remote, not a Zigbee one. There is no mention of the word “Zigbee” on the product I received, its packaging, its instructions or even the manufacturer’s website.
But their support insists that there is no wrongdoing on their part and the product is properly described on their website.
They use the fact that they are located in china as a “shield” to pray on customers who don’t fully research products listed on their website.
So, just like many other customers have said here: make sure you know what you’re buying before paying.
Oh, also expect long delays and them forgetting you’ve placed an order, but that’s not a problem compared to scamming and theft.

I had a small problem with my lights

I had a small problem with my lights. I contacted support via email and their website. It was the weekend at home but I received a response within 24 hours. After a couple of questions they decided to replace the LED strip at no cost to me. Violet was very pleasant to deal with. The correspondence takes about 24 hours with each email. That might be due to the time difference. I will do business with them in the future.

Superlighting is GREAT

I have been using Superlighting for some time now. The products are great. very professional and UL listed.
This time, I was placing a large order and needed to do a lot of prior testing.
Daisy helped me for many months to do all the testing while I changed time and time again. She was very patient and helpful. Thank you

Didn't ship order complete and refuses to return Money

1st issue is they didn't have everything in stock and wouldn't refund unless I agreed to pay them the PayPal fees for items they didn't ship. I told them we do refunds for our customers all the time and PayPal refunds us the fees. So send back what we paid for those items.
2nd issue is one of the items they did send were wrong side throw leds. We had a long conversation before hand and double checked with them what we needed. We clearly ordered with out resistors and they sent the ones with. I'm fine to return but they would need to send a call tag and pay for the return. And supply the import documents to do this. They have closed for China new year and don't respond to my texts or emails.

Update: Yes they did refund the money charged for missing items and items not correctly sent. They were not at all cooperative. took months and a lot of waisted time insisting I needed to return the items at my cost. The thread with them is very long.... same things over and over. Even held $ for items not shipped. The confusion is their website. SuperLighting use SKUs for every item, keep your inventory up to date and none of this would have happened. Won't be buying from them again.

Reliable and great for customization.

I've been ordering from SuperLightingLED for the past two years. They always deliver materials on time and to spec. I've customized nearly every order, and their customization is always correct and very affordable. Their website is very difficult to navigate, but if you email them they respond very quickly.

I haven't had any failure issues so far. Although we typically use these for shorter term installations for scenic lighting
