I had a great experience being a tutor at superprof. It gives an amazing platform for both students and teachers.

As a music teacher Superprof has been super helpful in finding new students both online and in person. Been using for about 8 months and it's been a great experience so far!

I had a terrible experience trying to cancel the monthly student pass. The cancel button is buried in the site and you can only cancel on a computer. I had received confirmation that they canceled it before finally funding the button. They lied and kept charging me despite me having in writing that it was canceled. They charged me basically $150 for 3 months when I canceled after the first month. Terrible service and refuse to refund you. Find a tutor somewhere else!!!! You have been warned.

Superprof has helped me a lot to get more students and also to use the platform to hit another teacher. I highly recommend ;)

I’ve been teaching French on Superprof for several years, and overall my experience has been very positive. The platform offers strong visibility for premium members and connects me with motivated students from diverse backgrounds, especially for online lessons.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility. I can organize my schedule freely, set my own rates, and choose the type of students I want to work with. This has allowed me to build a steady base of learners and maintain long-term teaching relationships through platforms like Zoom.

The interface is straightforward, and creating a profile is quick and intuitive. I also find that students coming through Superprof are generally serious about learning, which makes lessons more productive and enjoyable.

Customer support has been reliable whenever I needed assistance, which adds to the overall positive experience.

If I had to suggest a couple of improvements:
1. More transparency for students regarding how the subscription model works, as this can sometimes cause confusion at the beginning.
2. Additional messaging features—such as the ability to cancel or edit a message after sending it—would help avoid misunderstandings if a message is sent to the wrong student.

Overall, I highly recommend Superprof to both teachers and students looking for a flexible and effective way to connect for private lessons.

Tutoring on SuperProf has been an exciting journey for me, the platform had enabled me the opportunity to meet diverse kinds of learners and help them fall in love with Chemistry. The platform is also very easy to use, and interactive.
I especially like the response prompts when I get a new lesson request, as it makes it easier for me to we quickly accept requests or decline if need be, even while I am on the move.

When I discovered Superprof I didn't think it was real, I decided to trust it, then I realized it's serious, the maintenance, customer service always responds and it's not complicated to use!

Superprof is a great platform for connecting with tutors such as myself who specialize in specific topics/subjects. I've been tutoring on and off the platform for 5+ years now and have had the opportunity to help tons of people. Support is also incredibly awesome and responsive. That said, unless you're paying a subscription, which I know is a barrier for both tutors and students, you're not going to get seen by students. The platform feels like simply a connecting point for tutors and students as SuperProf also takes profits off it's tutors and has a barrier for tutors to actually get paid ($35 min.) Overall, I love Superprof but some of the methods aren't the greatest for both tutors and students.
