While this platform succeeds in its core task of connecting students and tutors, it's marred by excessive red tape and frequent operational issues. Customer service, although inundating users with information, does provide relevant solutions. It's a functional site, but improvements in user experience and customer support could really elevate it.

The website is good for its basics
The website is good for its basic tasks, i.e. connecting you with student but it has a lot of red-tape that is hard to get through and a lot of errors in the operation, the customer service is uniform so they send a lump of information for you to figure your solution out yourself. However, the information that they give you is relevant to your challenge and it helps. It works well for connecting tutors and students.

Best day of my life
What made my experience great was when I got my first request.i couldn't believe it. I thought that I would never have a student, until a miracle. This company is doing everything well, for example, being the middle man between us (tutors) and the students.

A helpful site
This is a very nice site that helps to create new connections and the support staff really want to help. I do have a couple of suggestions. It is not clear if the student has selected an online or in-person session when they book a lesson. Also, the review process is painful. Students don’t know if their reviews have gone through, tutors don’t know if they have pending reviews, and it takes a long time for reviews to appear on the site.

Students are required to indicate the type of lessons they seek (i.e. online or face-to-face) in their lesson requests, and we provide them with a pre-populated lesson request message which includes this information, however, the template may be overwritten with a personalised message, and this is where the student may forget to include their preference. We appreciate that it is important for the tutor to know the type of lesson a student seeks in order to respond appropriately, and we will investigate the options available to ensure that this information is always communicated.
Our team has to review each recommendation and review that is posted to ensure that they meet with the Superprof quality standards and privacy rules before we are able to publish them, so these do not appear straight after they have been submitted. Although we aim to publish reviews and recommendations within 48 hours of receipt, there are instances in which high volumes are experienced and our teams are not able to do so. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
