2) His birthday on 10th, received the gift much later (10/06/2017)
3) would have appreciated if you give some treats instead of Happy Birthday ( paper)...needn't be costly.

pathetic service while buying products thru the website. pls stay away from buying anything from super tails. refund or exchange will be a nightmare. in most cases it will not happen. they just know how to take money.

Really great experience with supertails. The customer care and service is the best and personally I've never seen a brand care so much about their customers. Too good. If you are not using supertails for your pets you are missing out. The free gifts they send from time to time is awesome!!
