I had a Pension policy that had lapsed about 37 years ago. Having made a number of attempts to find what pension company now had the policy, i felt i was knocking my head off a brick wall.
I contacted Sure Financial who appointed a member of staff to take up my case. Despite a number of setbacks Claudia stuck to the task and came up with a fantastic result. Although it took a few months, it was worth waiting for. I only have the highest praise for this company for their diligence, communication and commitment to the task I set them.

I contacted Sure Financial to track down my pension from over 20 years ago. Due to ill health I wanted to try and access it and get it sorted as soon as possible. Orla from Sure Financial was just amazing. She found my pension very quickly, took all the time-consuming form filling and paperwork and stress off my hands and just went way above and beyond for me, she really did. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely efficient and and also very empathetic to my situation. I don't know what I would have done without her help, I'm so happy I contacted them! Recently used SURE financial on a pension transfer and Claudia assisted me through the documentation to the transfer of funds and was very professional and helpful. I wanted to cash in part of a pension from my former job but got nowhere actually talking to the ex-job itself. Considering I was a pretty good employee there, they were rude and not forthcoming about how to go about doing ANYthing with my pension- they just ignored me. Then I went to sure.ie for assistance and Orla was absolutely amazing! She did all the legwork for me and finally got me what I needed as well as advised me how to reinvest the remainder of the pension as I only needed a portion. Although it does take some time to actually receive the funds, the process was pretty painless. I’m glad they were there to help me because if I suddenly died, my husband would have no idea what to do or how to claim what would be my memory. Really happy with the advice i received from Orla at Sure. She explained everything in great detail for somebody who doesnt really know or understand pensions. I now have a better understanding and im glad i went to sure and have them looking after my pension.
