What I like was the fast shipping and prompt reply, the item was properly packages and I recieved it in great condition. However, what I recieved was not what I purchased . The book I purchased had the original Indie cover in the advertisment and also in the invoice . I recieved a different cover other than advertised . While they were apologetic and attempted to fix the problem . I still felt I got the short end . I was offered to keep for a 50% refund or a full refund at my own expense . I know they are a small budiness but I feel they should have sent me a shipping label for a full return . Not wanting to spend more money I opted for the 50% refund which was quick as well.

Quick shipping and loved what I got

The shipping labels was created on the 16th. It's now the 20th and there's been no updates on the tracking. I can only assume that it still hasn't actually shipped yet.

Everything I ordered came in good condition, and matched the description. Shipping was also very fast and accurate, would buy from here again :).

When I need a DVD of any movie or tv series surprise castle usually has the item in stock or they will have it by the next day and they will send me a message telling me that the item is in stock and when I purchase something from they it is always sent out no later than the next day, they do not mess around and they give me a tracking number that is for real and I can completely rely on them to get everything accomplished when they say so. I trust in surprise castle and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Never received the book.

I ordered The Blackwood Institute omnibus on June 18 and it arrived on June 23. My book was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I’ve been looking for an affordable price for this book and even with shipping it was the best pricing on any site.

I appreciate the order, it is what I wanted, and it is less expensive, however, could you have the sender t I put it in some plastic before shipping due to rain. My book worp a little but it could have been worse. Thank you

Found a great little find, the Shadow Warrior Edition: L.I.N.E Combatives. What a great find!

Ordered 5 movies total. The 2 Blu-rays were the main things I wanted and I added on a few cheaper DVDs since I was already paying the shipping cost. The DVDs shipped and arrived with no mention of the 2 Blu-rays. I reached out to customer service and they told me the warehouse couldn’t find them and they’d refund me the cost for those. Why not tell me that BEFORE you ship part of my order? I would have rather get a refund on the entire order before you shipped part of it.

Book arrived on time and in good condition.

This place is great! I made a mistake with the book I ordered, and they quickly responded, issued a refund, let me keep the book, AND helped me find the one I was actually looking for! That’s crazy!
