Company was helpful in setting up prompt survey and explained options clearly. Surveyor did as thorough job as possible and wrote a clear report, highlighting urgent and not so urgent issues.

I needed a survey in a hurry, and the situation was further complicated by the fact that I was not going to be in the country at the time, and the survey needed to be forwarded to my solicitor. Harry, the team member who dealt with me, had a survey arranged for 48 hours later, and took care of all the additional arrangements, all in about twenty minutes. I couldn’t be happier with this service. Excellent value.

As a first time buyer, I was looking for a un-biased surveyour to carry out a inspection of a property that I was purchasing and for my piece of mind wanted one asap, I stumbled across this company by chance. Completed a questionnaire and within a few minutes I had a telephone call from the company saying that everything was in order, an hour later I had a telephone call from the company offering their apologise by saying that the day I wanted the survey to be done could not be carried out due to a staff shortage due to unforeseen circumstances and as a gesture they offered to upgrade my survey at no extra cost which covered everything, if I was willing to delay the inspection date, to which I accepted.

The report itself was 40 pages, full of photographs and a very detailed description of the problems and ways of rectifying the problem, so detailed that during my initial visit of the property I did not find what the surveyour had picked up on.

To cut a long review short, after these findings the seller has reduced the agreed price and will fix the problems which I am happy as without the report I could have been forking out expensive repairs.

I really recommend this company and will have no problem in the furture recommending them to family and friends.

I spoke to William who was very informative, giving me info on all types of surveys. He was easy to speak to and I , being a bit ditzy, understood everything he informed me about. Very professional and excellent service.

Reasonable price - survey booked and carried out within 48 hours of instruction. Report back 48 hours after. No issues - would use again.

33 pages of absolute rubbish, costing £629.99. I could view the roof through binoculars as you did. You spent pages describing codes of practice, what you could do, all filling. The meat of it were 3 categories, the red starred ones just saying that I should get the electric storage radiators checked by an electrician. Wow! There were about two vaguely useful pages. Must have taken you an hour at best.

I really liked the way the report was written, which was down more to the surveyor I was allocated but all the usual information was included as they are all certified. For example I am going to put in a wood burning stove so I had the standard information about the state of the chimney etc and also advice should I consider putting in a wood burning stove. He mentioned the state of the outside chimney and flat roof and added helpful things, such as adding guttering and checking flanuching etc to also update and repair whilst work was being done. This was useful to bear in mind. However, Surveyor local was an easy way to find a local surveyor if you are not familiar with the area as they will be aware of similar properties in the area.

The process was very quick and straight forward. They put me in touch with the surveyor and it was all sorted out satisfactorily.

Professional, competitive and comprehensive report. I would suggest that the valuation of the property was a little conservative, but otherwise top notch.
