Helpful and friendly. Very good at following up when required.

We used Susan Payne Property to both sell our house and to buy our next property. Throughout the whole process, the entire team did their utmost to make it run smoothly, and kept in constant contact to let us know what stage we were at. A very professional and personal service, I couldn't recommend a better estate agent.

Susan, the lady at the helm, will work for you, even when she is on holiday, very helpful and personable.

Susan as always sold another property for me in record time!
Well done and thank you.

The most outstanding Estate Agent on the Isle of Wight.
Susan Payne Property operate in the most professional way from scheduling and accompanying viewings to completion of sale.
I hope that maybe in the future they open up more branches of Susan Payne Property Agents on the mainland.
Thank you to all the team for selling my property for me.

Brilliant service.

I am buying a flat which is being sold through Susan Payne Property - we are just about to complete. Throughout the process Susan Payne Property has been extremely helpful, responding quickly to every enquiry and even helping out with local recommendations when I was looking for heating engineers/electricians to carry out some checks prior to completion. Special thanks to Jan Tooley, who was exceptionally helpful!

Sarah Hartwell works so hard to help both buyer and seller. It's refreshing to find such a helpful team.

Amazing team of people. They suported me throughout quite a difficult situation due to my own solicitors shortfalls and relocating from Cornwall. I am reg. Blind with a guide dog and an elderly husband with care needs but at each step of the way they were in the background for me to lean on and never took their eye off the ball hence everything did happen as I required within an unchangeable date slot. I will always be grateful for their understanding.
I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone .

Excellent customer service from Susan Payne property, from initial viewing to completion. With special thanks to Jan Tooley for keeping things moving and keeping us informed.

Deal with professionals who actually care and communicate. You’ll be glad you did.
You know it makes sense!

Lovely bunch of people, easy to deal with, couldn't be more helpful. As a buyer the experience has been a pleasure, something sellers also need to think about when selecting the right agents to sell.

I have only good things to say about Susan and her team. They were efficient, reliable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'd go so far as to say I'd use them again but I intend to NEVER move again now they've found us the house of our dreams.
