Had a problem with my gas hob kettle broken whistle only 6 months old so contacted the company very quick response they are sending a new one out to me cannot fault this company very pleased with there service

When my cold press machine stopped working I called and they sent a replacement piece in less then two weeks and it even seemed updated so the problem i had wouldn't happen again.

When it was time to replace my tea kettle, I decided that my family would use it so frequently that I wanted to find a better-quality stovetop whistling tea kettle for frequent and long-term use. I researched various manufacturers and distributors to ensure that I would only purchase once and be happy with it for a very long time.
I found Susteas and have been exceptionally pleased ever since. The construction of the kettle is strong, the surface does not tarnish, and the safe handle and lid ensures that the user’s hand doesn’t get hot. The medallion that indicates it is a Susteas tea kettle on the black matte surface enhances the appearance of quality, as well, and the whistle is always helpful indicating when the water is hot and ready to use. Plus, the inside is quite easy to clean if your water source is heavy in minerals.
On the occasion when I needed to contact Customer Service with a question, they were very prompt in response, thorough in their reply, and courteous throughout the interaction.
I highly recommend Susteas as the brand of whistling tea kettle to have in your home.

We use the slicer/grater all the time. Really makes dinner prep easier. Easy to clean as well. We use it almost every day.

I ordered a cheese grater and the blades broke. I inquired how to get new blades and even though I was out of the warranty they still sent me new blades. This was great customer service and I would definitely but from them again.

I have used their stovetop tea kettle for a few years now and each time something has happened with my product they have made it right. They have great customer service and great products. I love my teapot and use it every day multiple times a day. 10/10 reccomend to everyone seeking a good tea kettle.

The package that I received [the toaster] was severely damaged and the toaster was dented and not operable. I require a refund and directions as to how to return it.

Great product, coloroway for my wife. I ordered the wrong one.

It took way to long in shipping. Packing was very light. Container was poorly packed. Container was crushed on one corner and busted all way across the top. There were 2 of the individual torn open on the top of box
The product inside was not damaged but scared inside box.
The shredders work ok but you need to work on packaging.

The 3 day "delivery" is a lie. They define delivery as preparing the package to be delivered as in boxed and ready for the freight company to pick up from their warehouse. I tried to contact and no one responds. Read their shipping definition page. I ordered last week because their site said 3 day delivery. Well, it has been 7 and it isn't even ready to ship. No contact, no response. I think I am going to stop payment.

I found you on T-TUBE. Bought the shredder and are very happy. It works as expected.
