We always aim to be as clear as possible that any figure provided prior to physical inspection is a provisional offer of an amount “up to.” The final price can sometimes be lower once the item has been assessed in person, for example, if there is more wear than was visible in the initial images. At this stage, if a customer is not happy with the offer, we return their item to them.
We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to discuss any valuation in more detail.

Good service and prices offered but it is not the fastest service.
Good service and prices offered for loans and sales. There is a significant difference ifn the offers between their branches so it takes effort and time to shop around within same company. Also in the branch that I used a jewellery valuer wasn’t available on Saturday so it can take a few days to sell your items. Overall still a good service and I would use Suttons again.

Highly recommended for selling gold, platinum etc
Easy to send through information and get a quote. Clear instructions on following up for sale. Good spread of locations to get to. Good prices for selling precious metals versus other companies. Good service in person.
