Perfection in Australia and New Zealand
The trip my daughter and I took to Australia and New Zealand was flawless. Everything they did from arranging private transport in luxury cars to and from the airports and hotels, to making sure we had breakfast included in every hotel package (even ones we picked over theirs) was First Class. Well worth the price which was very reasonable for all the premium services we enjoyed. I would highly recommend (and I have many times to others). A better travel agency does not exist.

Graet Adventure with minor glitch.
Swain did a great job meeting my requests for a custom solo adventure in/around Australia. The only glitch was a minor one. My hotel turned out not to be the pick-up point for a tour. The pick-up point turn out to be a hotel across the street and a half-block down the road. Next time I will read the fine print better on the voucher/itinerary. It would be helpful if in the future they could highlight that info better. Other than that the put together a wonderful visit and fun time while in Australia and I would rebook with them again.
