Put in for a redemption over a week ago. Was told it failed twice to my card and to submit ACH redemption because they were having issues with card redemptions. Put in for ACH, two days later still haven’t heard anything. Emailed them and was told to cancel ACH and resubmit to my card. Has been days since doing that and was told by customer support they can not give me a time that it will be paid because it is handled by their financial dept. emailed financial dept and have yet to hear back.
I assume at this point I will not be getting paid and will be issuing a charge back for all deposits with my credit card company.

Not good - I had a very bad experience with them. They refused to redeem my winnings (and I didn't even win much, like 10% above what I put in).

Proceed with caution.

I took advantage of the bonuses they offered for new customers, played some games and then tried to cash out. They flagged my account, blocked my login, and took my money! SCAM SITE!

I'm not sure what's going on..I've been trying to redeem my winnings for over a week and I think the same person keeps emailing back telling me I'm "waiting on the finance department..I'm pretty sure I've been scammed...I tried to keep faith even after reading all the negative reviews but unfortunately I think you guys are right...If they ever payout my winnings I'll change my rating but as of now I would be cautious spending your money here you may not get what you win back...this by the way the first and only issues Ive had with an online game paying out...If they ever pay me I would give them 5 stars they have great games and awesome RTP..but good luck

Update: I won A LOT on this site tried to redeem it and as of checking my account today it's not blocked with no explanation just like everyone else...DO NOT SPEND A DIME ON THIS SITE!!! THEY WILL NOT PAY YOUR WINNINGS!!!

Did my first redeem on there and got banned without warning or notice.

Total scam site. Purchased their welcome offers and played roulette. Went to redeem and the Finance team told me it was in their queue to be paid after giving them my banking information. I follow up for a few weeks and they keep telling me I will be paid. All of a sudden my account is blocked and and my funds confiscated. Stay far away from Scam Las Vegas!

Immediately blocked my login after I won on my first purchase. Avoid like the plague

What you said is funny because my account isn’t banned.. clearly no one even did the due diligence worth to verify before posting this response. I just logged in without any issue. So for you to publicly claim I was banned for “Fair Play violations” is a straight-up lie. My review was honest, based on real experiences mine and others’. Maybe spend less time making up stories under reviews to try and more time fixing your casino’s problems. Publically claiming I violated anything is a shady way of proving to anyone you guys can’t be trusted .If you can’t even tell the truth about something this small how can players even trust you with money?.

Also I have proof of EVERYTHING trustpilot mobile or atleast this version I am using isn’t allowing me an option to add photos during this edit mode. But let’s see if you continue and if you want to do so idm doing a little extra to provide all proof .

It is all good at the beginning...good promo, nice games. Until you deposit and/or try and redeem. They play games. Support is terrible. There are plenty of sites out there to have a great time on. Sweeplasvegas.com is not one of them.

I tried to log in and my account was blocked. I emailed support and they said my account is permanently blocked due to "bonus abuse" and confiscated ALL MY FUNDS. STAY AWAY

They will ban your account if you redeem and refuse to even refund your purchases so you have to chargeback.

Recent edit: despite the response here which was most likely just to make themselves look good they still aren’t responding to my emails despite them saying to do so. Their customer service is a joke. I absolutely followed the “fair play” rules they mentioned and didn’t do anything wrong. I won the money fair and square and challenge them to tell me how I didn’t either on here or at least answer my emails!

Edit #2: I finally got a response to my many emails saying that my account was terminated because I have 2 accounts to the same IP address which is a violation of their rules. I literally created that second account just so I could contact customer service to see why the first account had been locked out so it’s absolutely not the reason. They’re liars and scammers. Do not use their site!

Redeem doesn't work and you will randomly get banned.

I attempted to redeem my funds on this site. They blocked my account and stole my deposit. This is a warning they will do this to you. I have attempted to appeal and they stated there intent to keep the deposit. Criminal

They will not pay out unless you're at a loss. I tried pending a redemption while I was below my initial buy in. It was fine for days left as pending.

The moment I cancel the redemption to win double. They suddenly block my account without warning. And refuse service.

SCAM! put in a redeem and it's been 2 weeks pending. Support kept giving me the run around about how they have a backlog and they're implementing a new withdrawal system. Went to log in today and account was blocked with no warning. Avoid this scam of a site

Absolute scam. Went to redeem make my first redeem for a profit of around 250$ and they ban my account and tell me some bs about unfair play. Do not spend a dime on this site, straight scammers

Only because I have to put a star otherwise I wouldn’t even give them that! They are like everyone says about them SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM how could it be that when you win money all of a sudden your banned for having multiple accounts(everyone) c Mon no way! isn’t the first time they have done this to someone. They banned me bc they claim I made duplicate accounts which I did not. My husband also lives here and also my son on th same property. They did this to avoid paying me my winnings. Avoid this place at all costs. There are too many other sites to play on to have to risk them doing the same to you. Besides the games are not all that great the website itself is boring and support sucks here. They have a weird long drawn out redemption process that screams shady anyway. Protect your information folks and play some place else with a better track record
