I came back to give an update. I contacted the finance on October 21,2025 to inquire about my redemption. I told them that it was still pending in the Casino. They told me it was in queue and that I would receive my redemption soon. I actually received my redemption later on that evening. I was very happy and surprised to receive it. Therefore, I'm updating to let you know that I did receive my redemption.

So… I was a little skeptical at 1st due to the fact that they way they do their redemptions is a lot different than almost all of the other sweeps casinos that I have played and redeemed from. BUT…. Their customer service is SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I email them and BAM!!! Immediately I get a response from them!! At 1st they said that I had 2 accounts but, they helped me we got it all figured out! Very very amazing customer service! Easy to win! Amazing daily bonus! I always get a decent amount on the wheel! Compared to other casinos that have a similar wheel and they give .20 or .30 cents everyday. I usually get at least $1.90 or more on their wheel! I have never made a deposit and was able to withdrawal $150 from my free daily bonus money! Like others have said… their redemptions might take a bit longer than other casinos but…. I am sure they will get quicker the longer they are around and at least they stay in constant contact with you until you do get your money which made me feel very reassured! Edit: So, when I wrote this review I was told that my redemption had been sent and I would have it within 24 hrs. Well it’s been 36 hrs. And I still have not received it and the bank keeps telling me that it’s them and they keep telling me it’s the bank. I will change the review back if I ever receive my deposit!

Okay…. So…. Another edit! It was actually my fault that I hadn’t received my redemption! I didn’t know my bank didn’t accept international transfers and I gave the casino a number that was not correct to send my money. After figuring out what the issue was the casino had still not had the money returned to them from my bank or the account that I gave them the number for. However…. Like a month later I suddenly receive a deposit out of nowhere for the amount of my redemption from this casino! So after I messed it up and gave them so much trouble being a huge pain in the butt! When the deposit was returned they made sure it got into my account!!! So… pretty awesome service if you ask me!!!

Insanely slow redemptions and I was a high level VIP, they banned my account for playing table games. Avoid at all costs.

This site will never be 5 stars for the fact that they take forever to process redemptions but the site states "instant" redemptions . The means they use to process your redemptions are rather unusual and seem shady, especially when others state they used to have the options right on the site you didn't have to send redemption method through email . I hit 100 sc on the wheel and played for a bit and went to cashout and then was banned because multiple accounts on the IP address. I tried to explain that my family lives on the same property as me but we have different addresses so we were not apart of the same household. My phone just connects to there wifi when my service is crap. After all the bs and being told I won't be getting my wins they said they'd refund me for my purchase they said I'd receive it in 24 hours but wouldn't tell me which payment method it would go back to . It's been days and I never received it. 100% avoid at all cost this place blows .

I hit very quickly, $50 into $1400 in like 20 minutes. They asked me to send bank information over email, first time seeing this in my social casino career. I’m going to do so hesitantly, I will give an update once the redemption hits my account.

At least they haven’t asked for last 4 of SSN. 😂

Update: They seem pretty backlogged, took 2 weeks them to tell me my redemption was unsuccessful.Then 2 days of headaches with customer service. Still waiting on funds.

Update , still nothing and no response from customer support in a week

Update, customer support answered, asked me the same questions a week ago. Still 0 progress made, as the days go on and everything from signing up to now, it feels like a scam. I would love to hear from someone who actually got paid out on this site

Update, it’s been exactly a month. None of there redemption options work. They paid some of it but I had to wait a month and they had to directly send it to my bank. They will give you the run around, they take advantage of problem gamblers by leaving redemptions sit for weeks to entice you to cancel and keep playing. They won’t pay you unless you spam their “support” endlessly.

Banned acct as soon as I won, went to redeem and they banned me. The website is made extremely poor as well as the email they have listed for support is not a working email. I also spun the wheel one day and as it slows down it hits the next one just like every other site that has the wheel or even every other time I spun the wheel on this site one day I was so happy cause it has slowed down and it the one more turn and it was $100,-lbut then it pushed over to the next one. I knew right away this was a scam and should’ve never bought anything on here but I decided to buy a welcome package. As soon as I went to redeem my account was banned the next day I called my girlfriend and they had banned her account probably because they think I had multiple acts this happens too often I wish she had verified her acct before I went to redeem because then they would no it is not two accounts for 1 person. Support still hasn’t responded because the first two email I sent I got an email saying it was an invalid email address… what a joke will update when get a hold of someone there ..

This casino is headed in the wrong direction. I played here for almost a month and the experience has gotten worse.

My initial withdrawals took a very long time which was a little annoying but not a huge deal.

I haven’t been able to make a purchase on this site for over a week now. It’s unclear to me if this is a site wide problem or if my account was restricted.

Customer support doesn’t respond. It’s like this site was abandoned.

They banned my account once I reached a withdrawable amount of money for "having multiple accounts" despite only ever creating one account.

Terrible scam casino. I invited friends over to the house and they banned all of our accounts simply because we were connected to the same wifi. Do not ever use this casino!

I tried to withdraw and they sent me an email saying i cant withdraw because there is another account using my ip address. I live in an apartment... so now my accounts banned and i cannot get my 130$ that i bought a package to get up to. Legitamite scam site will do anything to not give you your money. The only 5 star review on this crap website was probably them do not use.

This casino is amazing has a great selection of over 2000 games which many are unique not to mention fun. I especially love plinko to which they have some I've never even played before on other sites nor seen. Redemption may be a bit slow which is my only complaint but they do in fact 100% pay you out.. 100% certified and legit!!

In a few hours it'll be 5 days since I've put in my redemption. I've played it down from 220 to 100 since it's been pending and able to be cancelled in my history this whole time...I've purchased before on this site and I have referred atleast 10 people who have also purchased on this site... Starting to lose my faith that they are legitimate so will not referring anyone else until I actually have one single successful redemption..I will update if/when I get my redemption but it doesn't seem likely at the moment given the amount of days I have been able to cancel it.. disappointing because I rather enjoy playing on the site and thought they had potential....

Edit...the 24th I put in the redemption..a Weds...I confirmed all of my banking details within 24 hours...my redemption is still able to be cancelled..5 days later...but yes you are right .. 3 business days later and 2 weekend days . I would like to believe you guys are legitimately processing my redemption but actions speak louder than words ya know?

Edit: lowering my rating to a 1 star. They have failed to send my full redemption despite customer service saying they will. Initially they only sent 10 of my 260, afterwards they sent another small amount and are now ignoring my emails. Should’ve know this site was a scam when they sent 10 dollars to my wallet and not my full amount. STAY AWAY

I will reserve final judgement for when i get my crypto deposit. They sent 10 USDT up front and had me verify that I received it. Now I’m waiting on the rest as they said it will be processed soon. Everything else was smooth. Loved the first deposit bonus deals and they have a good selection of games. Customer service was great in assuring id get the rest of my redemption after I flipped out after only getting 10 USDT. If the other 250 is sent successfully it’s an easy 5 star.

So, my girlfriend and I play on many of these casino platforms. We both have our own accounts. This is the only platform that locked my account due to the fact, my girlfriend and I live together. They said, "I had duplicate accounts and that they have no tolerance for bonus abuse or fraud."

I'm giving 4 stars for now because I currently just started the redemption process once this transaction is completed I will give a full review. It is a good platform plenty of game providers and some good exclusive games that is always a plus daily bonus, sign on bonus, referral bonus. Layout is like most other sweeps sites customer service however is not live it is by email only. I will update review once the redemption process is completed.
