To clarify, one redeem was declined because the debit card used was marked ineligible by the payment provider. Unfortunately, this sometimes happens on the processor’s side, and it’s not something we’re able to control.

It’s also important to mention that it was not necessary to make a purchase using an alternative card. As part of our standard procedure, you could simply provide the required details for the additional card, and our team would manually attach it to your account for redeem purposes. This option was available to help avoid exactly this kind of inconvenience.

At this time, one redeem has already been approved, and another is currently pending. Please keep in mind that we process no more than one redeem per day, which is why additional requests may remain in queue temporarily.

Sweepstars is a licensed and legitimate platform, and all redeems are secure and regulated. We understand how situations like this can lead to misunderstandings, but there is absolutely no intention to withhold your winnings.
