Customer service was great and very helpful when needed. The Bluetooth system was surprisingly pain free to use. The driveway could be a little wider especially when multiple vehicles are accessing their units but everyone was friendly. Could not for the life of me, find the location of the trolley though which would’ve been handy.

Extremely easy to rent a unit
Extremely easy to rent a unit , access to unit is made easy with the app, facilities always clean and tidy as well as secure. Having bathroom facilities there is also very handy ! 2nd time I have rented a unit for short term use between moves and will definitely use again .

Lack of cleanliness
Lack of cleanliness, lack of cover. Don't feel comfortable actually storing any of my stuff there due to security issues, pests and how badly the elements affect the units. Not worth the price at all.

Excellent Storage Experience
I had a fantastic experience using this storage facility for about 9 months while we were between homes. The whole process was incredibly easy, from booking the unit through to ending the rental when I no longer needed it.
The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how clean and well maintained the facility is. Access was simple thanks to the app, which made getting in and out quick and hassle free.
The units are well ventilated, which gave me confidence storing furniture and household belongings for an extended period. It was also great having trolleys available to borrow and clean toilet facilities on site.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for secure, convenient and well-managed storage. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

Quick Easy fast in and out storage in perfect location centre town no traffic jambs

How good is Swift Hope Island
Our first time using storage today and so happy we chose Swift at Hope Island. What a great facility. The whole process is so streamlined and easy. Free use of trolleys is fantastic. Great pricing too.
