I’ve been on 7 swimtreks- I am already signed up for 3 more. Every guide has been motivational and lovely. This has been an amazing way to travel overseas. The locations are growing every year. Grab a friend ( or 4) and have your trip of the year! ( every year ;) )

SwimTrek always seem to find those out of the way locations which are perfect for a swimming holiday It was great to meet a group of likeminded people from a variety of different countries, with different swimming styles & abilities. Yet we all had one goal: to enjoy swimming 5k a day in the Caribbean Sea.

Fantastic trip from booking to arrival to leaving!! Great location, friendly and supportive guides. Always felt I had all information for trip and my safety, well-being, and enjoyment was top of the guides list!! Highly recommend and will be returning!!

What an incredible first journey! It's going to be a challenge to surpass it, and I can't wait to dive back into the adventure with SwimTrek.

Safety concept, local contacts, best swimming choices, respect of nature

Having SwimTrek guides and a support boat to follow in the water made open water swimming safe and enjoyable. This is my 4th Swim Trek and I loved swimming in the Red Sea. We swam with wild dolphins and saw the healthiest reefs. Sharing a week with people that love swimming like I do is a real gift. I met swimmers from 8 different countries on this past trip. Thank you to SwimTrek for an amazing week in Egypt!

The guides were exceptional, the Turkish support boat was solid, and the swims were spectacular.

The Belinda hotel was low-end, 2-star in many ways. Having flown half-way around the world, this was disappointing.

My trip cost $1300 in 2025 and I see it is now advertised by SwimTrek at $1000 in 2026. I feel gouged.

My first experience with SwimTrek in the Sea of Cortez was excellent. The location was first of all very safe and welcoming. The choices of ocean water were ideal for new to experienced swimmers and the staff’s attention to each swimmer for safety was very much appreciated. Thank you for the well-organized trip for us! No wonder many swimmers are coming back regular basis!

Had the best week of my life swimming in The Maldives with our guides, Giulia and Allessandra, and the crew of Carpe Vita. Lovely long swims in crystal clear water and the sea life was phenomenal – coral, fish, turtles, dolphins and even sharks! Great food and plenty of it. The guides were knowledgable and fun. I felt safe the entire time. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful trip in a beautiful location. The hotel was amazing. The dhow was one of the best boats I have had so far on a swimtrek trip, very spacious for the 15 swimmers plus the guides and boat crew. Best to have dinner outside the hotel for better pricing and to explore the city of Khasab. There are many restaurants to chose from. Khasab is well worth exploring.

This was my second SWIMTREK holiday and it was excellent. The guides were helpful, knowledgable and created a very positive and inclusive environment. A preceding storm meant that some of our planned swims had to be altered and they organised alternative swim experiences for us too.

Swim Trek finds affordable swimming vacations in beautiful waters. The guides are trained on safety and providing a fun swim experience for any level of swimmer. Private tours with your swim team are an option or individuals can join a trip and make new friends.

Swimtrek provide the ultimate holiday experience for keen swimmers and people who would like to try open water swimming, have fun and meet new friends.
Safety is a huge priority which means that swimmers can feel relaxed and at ease in the water under the supervision of the guides. Whilst fun is encouraged, safety remains top priority.
The locations are beautiful and hotels clean and comfortable.
Food provided is freshly prepared and nutritious, very welcome after a long swim.
I have done four SwimTrek holidays and could not recommend more highly.

Just completed my first SwimTrek experience in the Red Sea on a liveaboard boat. It was a total of 7 nights and we had 6 full swim days …… averaging 5 km per day. Which involves a morning swim and an afternoon swim.
It exceeded any expectations I may have had and I felt safe and very well taken care of at all times!!
For anyone who loves to swim and also loves adventure….. I couldn’t recommend this trip enough,

I had a fantastic experience on the Oman Fjords holiday. The trip was very well organised from start to finish, with excellent communication and seamless logistics throughout. Each swim offered something different - from stunning coastal scenery and dramatic cliffs to crystal clear bays and open water challenges. The variety of locations kept every day exciting and memorable. The swim guides John and Hannah were exceptional - supportive, professional and encouraging - making even the more challenging swims both safe and enjoyable. A truly rewarding and unforgettable adventure.

This trip was an absolutely wonderful experience! As a non-swimmer (I know how to swim, I just don't swim), I was apprehensive. The guides and the rest of the group were so supportive and fun, and I successfully completed all swims - being distracted by all the sea life was a big help!
