Rude staff terrible service they took £300 for scooter I bought it for sons birthday it came late son played on it for 1 day tried to charge did not work thought I would buy new charger so tried new charger would not work so phones them they said send it back then the person said have you swapped it for another scooter I was gob smacked I am still waiting for refund or new scooter still got none my name is Mr duncan so they can see who wrote this I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls still no response my child is devistated== update they have blocked my number the man said he no longer taking calls from me they have blocked my number so I rung on no id they answered straight away he said they blocked my number because I put this review on they still have my money and scooter i have to contact them by email but they never response

The scooter came broken .it was packed broken when speaking to customer service advisor wasn't that helpful made me feel like I was lying wouldn’t listen to what I was saying when it was both mudguards broken even with several pictures sent they wanted more proof not sure what more proof you needed when shown 2 broken mudguards. They just kept saying it was done in transit which this was clearly not as the the scooter was well packed and the broken mudguard and the back one was still on the wrapped scooter, also sent picture of the box it came in which wasn’t damaged in any way not even a little dent was put with the packet of screws and the instruction manual . I brought this for my grandad son’s birthday look good giving him a broken scooter that cost £299.I was going to get another one for my son in law but won't be buying that here .

The scooter itself is really good very pleased with it, does exactly what it says. The only problem I’ve had is the back tyre is constantly getting a puncture was soft when arrived and have had 6 repairs since purchased.

Wide range of scooters, quick response to emails but my experience could have been better. Received tracking details after I ordered a scooter. I started with a update, My scooter was in transit. Then I got some more updates but out of sync with times that things where actually happening. Then to my surprise my parcel is out for delivery and then delivered in Germany. For someone with anxiety this was stressful. I was told in emails that I would receive updated tracking information in a couple days. The tracking information I received when I clicked on the links didn’t give me much information about my parcel and the eta of my parcel getting to me. I had to download different apps just to see where my parcel was. One of which is still telling me my parcel is still in Germany. I have received my scooter in England and yet to ride it. In times like these where everyone has to order things online now and people taking advantage of that fact. I think the tracking information I received could have been alot more transparent.

Ordered a scooter on the 15th of June for my son’s birthday on the 25th was given an email saying order was confirmed that day 4 days later was given another email stating my scooter had been dispatched frm Poland to Germany this was on a Friday received no more tracking history so emailed on the mom to be told I would be sent ul tracking that day nothing sent so emailed again the next day to be told my order was being given a full refund as there was a problem with ul customs and it wouldn’t be delivered within the 10 day time frame no use to anyone 4 days before a birthday! Shocking and poor service given by this company plus when calling no answer

Having looked at many electric bikes on the internet I decided to go with a bike from Scoot City. Right from the outset, they were quick to respond to questions and kept me informed about my order. In particular Pascual Soares was wonderful, giving me regular updates. The product is fantastic and I can't recommend Scoot City highly enough. Thank you.

Electric scooter came earlier than stated slight damage but company have been right on it within minutes and had new part sent out….nothing major just a bit of broken plastic but all in all a fantastic scooter and a fantastic company will defo recommend and definitely use myself again in the future

Do not buy a scooter from here shocking first my scooter did not come with all the parts 3 weeks of having my scooter the full battery fell out so I contacted them again for the manager to block me but I have all the screenshots of the chat and his picture so I will be posting it all over social media DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TRUST THEM PHOTOS WILL BE UP WITHIN THE HOUR

This bike is not excellent I have experience this bike because I have another samebike I bought for my wife but this bike doesn’t look like mine one is looking cheap bike lots different and not faster like mine one and not heavy also delivery come after month to my house so I’m not happy for this product I won’t buy again from scoot city ltd

I brought 1 it broke in 2 weeks got enough 1 and the same happened again . So spend over 600 pound not happy and will not be buying any of the scooters again the company was great help just the scooters not worth the money
