Everywhere appeared to be sold out of the scooter we wanted to buy apart from Scoot City Scooters. While it was considerably more expensive, with free delivery and the 5% discount the price became comparable with other sites. With the added worry of Christmas deliveries, Pascual assured me via the online live chat that it would arrive within 7 days, it actually arrived, to my delight, within 24hours. I also had a call to ensure safe delivery as I wasn't home to collect. This customer service was second to none.

My son and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service from Pascual at Scoot City. It was such a pleasure dealing with a company that truly cared about customer satisfaction... thanks a million and we look forward to doing business with you in the future :)

I'd heavily suggest buying from this company for any e scooting needs. The guy that I've spoken to a few times, Pascual, is an absolute gent, really good at getting back to you quickly and the after sales care is second to none. I felt the battery life of the scooter I got was less than originally quoted so no questions asked, they just sent me a new one. Also I can't reccomend the Kugoo G booster highly enough... what an animal... I'm overtaking cars regularly. Love it

With a change in commuting circumstances I had been doing the last mile to work on a manual scooter. However, this was proving not be the safest way to travel, especially in the rain. I therefore decided I would get a folding ebike but didn’t know where to start as the choice is vast. I called Scoot City to ask for advice and Pascual helped me make a great choice which I am very pleased with. There was a slight delay in receiving the item (hence only four stars) but every time I asked for an update on the delivery I received a response almost immediately. Overall a good customer experience.

Bought two scooters from this site and would use them again, even though they was a few issues, one scooter did turn up with slight damage(happened in transit) after a quick message to pascual and a pic of the damage a replacement was orded it did take a bit longer as stock had to arrive because my partner really wanted a white one and because of this and our wait pascual did all he could for us 👍 even when the courier did not return to pick up faulty scooter pascual came for it himself, as for the scooters there great fun and are built well the controller looks a bit cheep but it works well and very clear, over-all the scooters are good and the service was very good if only couriers could handle stuff with care!

Hello I felt I should put in my input after making a purchase as anyone would be if there paying for goods online, firstly the communication response was very good as they answered my quirey promptly and politely & when the item was apparently delayed as it was on back order they immediately appologised & replayed the full amount without prompting,so I would say this company is safe to deal with. I was sent the wrong item. The scooter I ordered was advertised as having a suspension and a rear brake light. What I received was a very basic scooter with none of those functions, and it was even a different brand to that advertised. They offered me a refund but it had to be returned at my own expense, despite their error. The communication was terrible, taking up to 3 days to get a response, sometimes not getting one at all. They tried to tell me the item was correct, showing me a screenshot of something on Amazon for a similarly titled product, but the only similarity between what I ordered from their site and what I actually received was the main colour. I did get my refund for the item in the end, but not for my return postage costs. I would never use this company again.

Fast delivery’s I unfortunately had a problem with my item spoke to seller and they resolved it immediately for me best customer service I think I have received EVER thanks scootcity
